Booked online a from Sweden one month before journey. Very easy and you don´t need pay in advance. As the flight changed time, it was easy to change pickup time for transfer. The driver was waiting at the exit of the airport with a sign displaying my name and drove us to the hotel. On the day of return, the driver was at the hotel 5 minutes in advance and drove us to the Airport. We are very satisfied with the excellent service provided.
The transfer to our hotel was goed, the driver was waiting at the airport of Antalya. BUT the transfer back was a catastrophe: nobody cam to pick us up as booked. We were waiting, called, waiting again and nothing happende. So we had to take a more expensive transfer. And even worse: nobody contacted us to apoligize. So: never again!
Abholung vom Flughafen war verspätet. Das Auto war zu klein, sodass der Kinderwagen im. Innenraum transportiert werden musste. Ausserdem war der Fahrer spät dran. 15 min mussten wir warten.
Außerdem war kein Kindersitz dabei, obwohl vorher 2 mal bestätigt.
Vom Hotel wurden wir 30min später abgeholt als vereinbart. Kindersitz wieder nicht dabei. Dafür war das Auto entsprechend größer...
Die versprochenen Leistungen und die Pünktlichkeit müssten verbessert werden.
Fahrer auf Hinweg konnte weder deutsch noch englisch und er fuhr sehr langsam (wesentlich langsamer als vorgeschriebene Geschwindigkeit), sodass wir locker hätten einen sammeltransport nehmen können und hätten dabei Geld gespart! Rücktransport war in Ordnung mit anderem Fahrer!
I booked a minivan on our transfer from the airport to our hotel. We get a normal car. I also provide a kid seat for my daughter. She is five. But there was no kid seat on the transfer. Also the driver did not know where is our hotel located. He had to phone a lot during the transfer.
I would not book thus company again.
We travelled to Side at the beginning of July. We had ordered transportation and also child seat(s) for children. When we arrived there was someone to meet us but it was not the driver. It was someone who could not really speak english and was there to tell our transportation was 15 minutes late. (Our flight was exactly on time.) At the end I think we had to wait for 30 minutes. As we took off the driver pulled of at the first gas station to fill the tank and next to get some tea. (Our 1,5 years son was not too happy with the stops, as you can imagine.) Rest of the trip went smoothly.
Our trip back was another adventure. About 10 minutes before we were supposed to be picked up we received a message saying that the driver was 10 minutes late. At the end we were 20 minutes late that meant the driver being late had already taken the marginal we had counted. The driver was were good and delivered us on time at the airport and in one piece. On the return there was no child seat in the car as opposed to the way from the airport.
Also, the cars that picked us up were something else than shown on the website. They were quite old, but yes they did have a/c.
Drivers were nice, polite and good once they arrived.
