After looking online I couldn't find much for 13' trampoline parts. I came across this site, and they had the pad and net for my exact model. I ordered and was a bit worried when I came across some negative reviews. But everything shipped quickly, and was exactly as ordered. No problems with this order and would recommend them.
We purchased trampoline pads and are absolutely appalled by the quality. It hasn't even been a year and they are absolutely destroyed. I tried to reach out to the company to show them and let them know and never got a response. I would buy elsewhere!
I was really not a happy camper when a round mat arrived rather than the square mat that, I thought I ordered... after going back and forth with customer, they sent me to a manager, Sidney, which took care of everything. He was very cordial and made sure everything was followed through to getting a square mat to getting my round mat back. With all the reviews I seen out here that were negative, I thought oh know, I ordered from the wrong company... but in the end, I am very happy, with the care Sidney helped see it all through.

The square mat
I ordered a safety net and pad for the trampoline and after paying for it, I noticed all these negative reviews. I got nervous and emailed them that I wanted my money back before anything is shipped out. I didn't expect anything anymore after reading all these comments. But this morning, not even 18 hours later, I got an email saying it was cancelled and my money is refunded. Checked my bank and money is back directly too. I don't know if these reviews are ‘only' the negative ones and the positives just receive their stuff and don't write anything anymore. It made me nervous and I can't write about the products, but their response and willingness to cancel my order was 100% fine.
I ordered a mat and waited for the order to be updated to processing, but it didn't. I checked the reviews and freaked out. I checked BBB and freaked out a bit more. I continued checking the order for an update, 7 days later I emailed them to cancel my order, seeing as it hadn't even made it to processing. I also called in when they opened. To my surprise and delight I talked to Abby, and she looked up my order and informed me it was out for delivery. I highly recommend calling them if the order online doesn't update. The mat was exactly what I ordered. It fit well had doesn't seem to have any problems. I would recommend this company, but they definitely need to fix there online order look up.
Wow, I didn't have any kind of experience as some of the other reviews. Bought some tramp pads last spring. Stored over the winter and after putting them on this year, the ties in several places ripped off and the pad had bubbles in the vinyl that started cracking. I couldn't find any record of the purchase but the pads on their site looked familiar so I emailed customer service to see if they were purchased there and in warranty. They could have lied and said I didn't buy them there but they responded that they were under warranty and would need 2-3 pictures of the damage. Pics sent and within hours a new set of pads was on the way. 4 starts only because our last set of pads lasted 3 years and issues with these but I had a great experience with customer service.
