I came across their website when I was looking for easy ways to maneuver my trailer, and searching around google I came across one of their youtube videos. I was interested so I purchased a unit. Their free shipping that came with the unit was a plus, especially because it was very fast. I also got in touch with one of their customer service people because they were following up with me. They were very cordial and genuine about our satisfaction. I will definitely spread the word about them.
Complete SCAMMERS! Look out! Stay away from these guys! I purchased a thousand dollar trailer valet on trailervalet.ca. The unit was completely useless. Now that I am requesting a refund I found out that the. Ca site is run by a slimy litte company in Montreal called xtreme Vision imports. The email contact Ray Degani won't even reply to my emails. Now that I have a problem with the unit. These guys get your money and then completely ignore you when there is a problem. The people at trailervalet.com are no better than this guy. They simply told me that it's not their problem and I need to deal with Ray Degani from trailervalet.ca. Now I am left with a thousand dollar useless paper weight. Trailer valet is a complete scam! Save your money. Spend a little more and get a parkit360. I hope this review can help someone avoid these horrible people.
