I was very excited about my purchase. However it would've been nice to know it was coming from Belgium and would take a month to receive.if I had known, it would've been a factor in me purchasing. I give it 4 stars because that's important information to know beforehand. Otherwise item is PERFECT.

My experience has been positive. Tradesy 8s easy to use and navigate. I would recommend to friends who are looking for prloved items. However, as a first time buyer and user I am not 100% certain how Tradesy can guarantee all luxury items on its market place is legitimate. So, I would tell others to be cautious and do their research. My seller was quick to respond and my item was received in the time as promised. The bag I ordered was cheaper than other preloved websites, but I still felt for the condition of the bag it was still a bit pricey.

Overall, smooth transaction. I did have to contact the seller if my purchase would be ship soon after 4 days of the seller confirming the sell. Also, the bag came flat and with a musty smell.

I always have a great experience shopping on Tradesy and the staff is one of the best in the world! But my experience with this seller was just okay. I tried to ask the seller few questions before I purchased and they never responded. I'm a seller myself and no matter what I always respond back to all inquiries as soon as I receive them. I don't understand why some sellers don't answer potential buyers questions it only takes no more than 5 minutes of their time and would most likely increase their chances of selling their merchandise. So my experience with this seller was whatever but Tradesy I always give 5 stars!

I love shopping on Tradesy. The only problem I've had is a part of the order doesn't get verified or I get to day 10 with no shipping information which is very frustrating if I need the item by a specific time and I then have to cancel the item. So all in all, I simply wish the sellers were more responsible in removing things that were no longer available, checking their email, and/or getting to the post office within 10 days.

Only reason I'm rating 4 stars is because the listing was "like new" and the pockets were listed as clean but there's definitely crumbs and debris from use. There are also come markings from use where the strap buckle is. This was not in the pictures or noted. Pockets can be vacuumed but as someone who sells on other sites, always call out any marking - especially at this price point

The biggest drawback to the experience is the low quality and sometimes deceiving pictures sellers provide and being unable to discern the actual condition of the product. Then you are stuck with an item which the seller has repeatedly said is in excellent condition and it's actually damaged/worn out. Then you have to go through the return process and it can all be pretty inconvenient.

Second purchase on Tradesy, first purchase with eLady. Would've given 5 stars but... The listing gave no indication that the bag was being shipped from over seas. Normally not an issue but I was ordering as a gift and didn't realize until it was too late that the delivery would take awhile.

All in all, another great experience with Tradesy and I'll be ordering from eLady again.

Good experience purchase to delivery. Only 4 stars due to color of coat much darker and different hue from picture.

I have always been satisfied with purchasing through Tradesy! Most of the items are as described! I will continue to be a Tradsey customer!

Upsetting because package was delivered to wrong address on Friday, but I just got my package today. I'm happy now.

I didn't get a description of the diamonds or gems stones in the bracelet. Can you stand that to me?

I had a Good experience with this seller. Sunglasses came in perfect condition and with their original case

Bought a Dior bag and came in not as described, I believe it was because the seller cleaned it before hand and she had no idea it came in the state I got it in but whatever cleaner she used ended up actually dirtying the bag even more but I managed to clean it up with some wipes and it looks way better. The seller was kind enough to refund my money and let me keep the bag. Seller I bought from was extremely nice though and would recommend! Look for "Clinton Rooker"

Great site for purchase but checkout process was a little confusing. Also not clear on date of receipt. Would like specifics for who is shipping and ability to track shiptment

I honestly wanted to put 5 stars but the system wouldn't let me. My package came two days early and they messaged me every step of the way.

The shipping took way too long but it's the US Mail, I ordered them on the 9/6 they shipped on 9/9 and didn't arrive until 9/28. The shoes were amazing and worth the wait for sure! These shoes do run small which I wish I would have known in the description, but they are beautiful. Please size up when purchasing

Fast delivery …… more scratches inside than seen on the site …. But over all I will use it and enjoy it

I purchased an expensive designer wallet over $300 and had no idea it was being shipped internationally. Also was worried that your site does not guarantee anything international. It should be more clear about where items are coming from especially if it changes the return options.
