I recommend this retailer, the pajama set I got was exactly as described and high quality for a good price. Shipping does take a few weeks if you live in the United States but it was still faster than other things I've ordered coming from China. It was presented well in a Chic Me branded thick zip bag and had a boutique tag attached. The pearl and heart applique are perfect and I love the grey leopard print! I would buy from this shop again!

“Unethical using COVID pandemic for a profit”

Tradesy changed its return policy, without disclosing it to the customers, which now requires that all returns must be send back to sellers, even thou the sellers represented items correctly and followed sellers policy. Normally Tradesy would be obligated to hold returned inventory. When I reached out to Tradesy, they said that "due to a pandemic we are not taking any returns". Tradesy warehouse is operating as every return is shipped to the warehouse, inspected by Tradesy staff, and than returned to a seller. So to say that because of the pandemic we are not taking returns is ridiculous. Not taking inventory is just more profitable for Tradesy and they are capitalizing given distressed market environment. Tradesy returns on average take about 8 weeks, and chances are that you will not receive your item back (there is a huge error rate in shipping labels), and if you do get your item back most the time it will be in terrible condition Tradesy has relaxed rules for buyers in terms of returns and buyers can return items after 10+ post delivery. I am still waiting for two items to be returned to me since February. As an ex seller I would not recommend Tradesy.

I was looking forward to receiving my purchase because it was advertised as "New with Tags"; however, there were no tags, no original packaging... not even inside my item, and a label was tapped to the inner packaging box... as if contents shipped were also not in original box/packaging. Tragedy was easy to use, understandable, and sent just enough emails to let me know where my order was at without cluttering my inbox. The dress I ordered had pictures of the model wearing it off the rack. The dress that I got had a big rip on the side and along the back. Lucky for me they're both along the seam and I know how to patch them up, but the inside of the dress also has a stain which makes me question if it was cleaned before being sent. For the price I paid I would much prefer not receiving a used/damaged good, but that's what I get for not adding the buyer insurance

I think adjustments should be made. Location of product/seller should be apart of the listing. Along with 24 hrs to respond and 7 days to ship. I should not be contacting sellers myself to see when they'll be shipping a product I paid for. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me, where I'm contacting sellers about a product after so many days passing.

The packing of the item was secure but it was stuffed into a tiny box with no plastic wrapping around. I'm not sure if I received the correct pair of pumps! I thought I was ordering a silver pair of Christian Louboutin; when they arrived I was not able to open because I'm dealing with a death, but this morning the box says ivory. They do not look like the pumps in the pictures... much lighter almost white in person look. With only one day left to return I don't have time for this right now. Plus, as I look on the seller's website it looks like they have another pair of pumps that's what I thought I ordered.

However, when I received the bag it had several water stains on the handle, the inside had what looked like pet hair all in the bottom, the inside liner also had make up stains and ink stains and the bag reeked of cigarette smoke. I think it would be easier if sellers could print a shipping label and take care of it themselves, as I'm not even sure what the kit is. I ordered a pair of Valentino Rockstud wedges (brand new) and I absolutely love them. However, the shipping time was ridiculous. I placed my order on 3/16/21 (a Tuesday) and they were shipped out 7 days later on 3/22. I received them 10 days later on 3/31 so it took 16 days to receive my package and that seems like a long time for a $700 purchase. But overall, I love my shoes and got a great deal on them.

Im a little hesitant on ordering from the seller compared to getting an item from the tradesy warehouse. I feel that sellers may switch out the authentic item with a replica. Im unsure how items are authenticated before they are posted for sell. Also the items are pricey, sometimes even more pricey if i were to purchase in store. This pushes me to do further research to see if i am actually getting a deal. The sellers also lag updating the shipment information. Ive had to contact them for the status.

The handbag arrived in Milwaukee WI from Dubai on 3/21/21, however was not delivered to me until 4/2/21. It was held in Milwaukee by DHL because the duty tax was not paid. I had to call Tradesy 4 times trying to get that taken care of. Finally, duty tax paid on 3/29/21 but bag still not delivered by DHL. I called DHL 8 times over this 12 day period and finally the bag was delivered on 4/2/21. The bag is very beautiful.

I think I might place an embargo on any item I want where the seller uses fedex to ship. My package arrived somewhat mangled (on the outside; no damage to my item thankfully) and NINE DAYS LATE. To add to my dismay, fedex has No place where you can get a live human to speak with. It's all virtual systems with unhelpful generalized replies that make you crazy. Yep, no more fedex for ne, ty.
Other than that my tradesy experience was great. My item was only slightly more worn than the seller's description led me to believe. Nothing that a good dose of brass cleaner and leather conditioner won't cure. All in all -now that I have Finally received my order- I am a happy camper.
Tldr: fedex boo, Tradesy yay.
