I recommend this retailer, the pajama set I got was exactly as described and high quality for a good price. Shipping does take a few weeks if you live in the United States but it was still faster than other things I've ordered coming from China. It was presented well in a Chic Me branded thick zip bag and had a boutique tag attached. The pearl and heart applique are perfect and I love the grey leopard print! I would buy from this shop again!

“Unethical using COVID pandemic for a profit”

Tradesy changed its return policy, without disclosing it to the customers, which now requires that all returns must be send back to sellers, even thou the sellers represented items correctly and followed sellers policy. Normally Tradesy would be obligated to hold returned inventory. When I reached out to Tradesy, they said that "due to a pandemic we are not taking any returns". Tradesy warehouse is operating as every return is shipped to the warehouse, inspected by Tradesy staff, and than returned to a seller. So to say that because of the pandemic we are not taking returns is ridiculous. Not taking inventory is just more profitable for Tradesy and they are capitalizing given distressed market environment. Tradesy returns on average take about 8 weeks, and chances are that you will not receive your item back (there is a huge error rate in shipping labels), and if you do get your item back most the time it will be in terrible condition Tradesy has relaxed rules for buyers in terms of returns and buyers can return items after 10+ post delivery. I am still waiting for two items to be returned to me since February. As an ex seller I would not recommend Tradesy.

I bought a checkbook wallet that came to me not as shown or described, it crumbled in the corners when I first opened the wallet to examine it. This site made it extremely difficult to make a return, I had to explain why I was returning and then they let you know if your return met there approval.
I will never buy from Tradsey again!

This is important because we need to establish the condition of the item prior to returning it. That way if it is damaged during shipment or if the seller claims it has additional wear we’ll know it happened in transit instead of while in your possession. We just want to make sure that you're protected in the not-so-likely event that the parcel/item is damaged.

Tradesy changed its return policy, without disclosing it to the customers, which now requires that all returns must be send back to sellers, even thou the sellers represented items correctly and followed sellers policy. I am very disappointed that Tradesy would allow counterfeits (not authentic) products to be sold on your site as authentic. I wish Tradesy would authenticate before the customer receives the product.
It is such a terrible feeling of "violation" when one spends over $2k on a product and find out you were cheated. I understand Tradesy will refund once its has been confirmed as counterfeit, but it is a hassle/inconvenience to ship back and go through this process to get refunded. Depending on how Tradesy resolves my issue, I may never shop nor recommend Tradesy to friends/family.

This is to warn potential buyers from missing out on a purchase elsewhere, while Tradesy first wastes your time while requiring you to share all your sensitive information (name, address, credit card, phone number etc.), then holds up your money for a week (3-5 business days) - but only after CANCELING the purchase, because the seller apparently "no longer has the item".

This experience demonstrates that Tradesy cannot ensure delivery of the items on their website, which in turn leads me to wonder how they are able to ascertain the condition or even AUTHENTICITY of the item, as others have already mentioned. When all this is said, I also found it inappropriate that the site does not make it apparent WHERE an item is located, since in this case, the watch would apparently have to be shipped from Japan to the US, thus taking an extended period of time.

With so many other great sites out there, I wonder why anyone would look to Tradesy for reliable shopping of second hand luxury goods. I definitely won't ever again - and I will warn others from doing so!

The Louis Vuitton bag was destroyed and I was out of town when it delivered so technically I can't return it since they only give you THREE DAYS to return. This is insane and I can't even return my order. Never buying from here again, don't recommend unless you want to be ripped off or completely dissatisfied.

I ordered my first bag, and it arrived very damaged. Trades did refund my account after a review process. I ordered another bag, that took two weeks longer than it was supposed to arrive. The seller never responded to messages about delivery questions. Overall, I won't order from tradesy again.

I will never use it again because getting paid is also an ordeal. It takes a very long time, and they charge you additional fees upon payout. That is on top of their commission fee. No other platform does that. The seller has to rush out and pay on top of the sell to ship the item and then the buyer gets to hold on to your item and money for over a week. My item was confirmed delivered by UPS on 3/21 and still haven't received my payout. I'll stick to Mercari and Poshmark you get your money within a few days of delivery with NO cash out fee.

Tip for consumers:
Just be aware how long your money will be tied up when selling on here and the fees are way over what the other sites charge and also be aware that they also take a fee out of your money for the payout.

Per our new payout policy, you will be able to withdraw funds at midnight on the 7th day from delivery as long as the buyer hasn't requested a return. We know this was a longstanding issue for our sellers and we had to change. I received grey floral romper, which does not look like the picture advertised. Actually the romper is blue not grey. The style is totally different then what presented. See the picture attached below. Very misleading advertisement of the item.
The quality of fabric is really poor.
Unfortunately it was a final sale ($40), so I don't qualify for a refund. The romper is worth maybe $10. Well... live and learn. I will never buy from this low quality web site ever again.

The purse has a broken zipper and some white residue in the bag that was never disclosed and when I tried to return it they send it right back to me to not order from this company try one of the other several I've used others in that great experience these guys are crooks

Beware the items are shipped from the seller therefore it’s your word against theirs on the condition of the item. I have purchased used designer wear elsewhere and never come across this. I am out near $500 for a broken purse. It’s criminal what Tradesy is doing

This was my first experience with Tradesy. First, I get a message from the seller days later that my shipment will be delayed due to something about having to change an address. I was expecting them by the latest Feb14th. They arrived Feb 18th. When I opened the box, the Louboutins were filthy inside. There is also a large stain on the heel which was the first thing I saw upon opening the box. Disappointing!

While my other experiences with Tradesy were excellent, this particular seller was less than stellar. Seller claimed to send purchase 3-5 business days. Wasn't thrilled as other sellers shipped the product immediately. However, at 5 days and without receiving any tracking number I contacted the seller asking if it was shipped? She replied it was shipped that day( 6/18) ordered 6/12 and would receive 6/24 Just received today 6/27. Don't think she shipped that day at all!

I sell on Mercari, eBay, & Poshmark. I used to sell on Tradesy but closed my acct today cuz it's awful. Sales are infrequent, fees are too high (to sell & also to cash out), plus it took over a week to cash out my earnings. They want to focus on higher end, luxury items but if customers have that kind of money, they're not likely to shop resale. Waste of time & money listing anything on Tradesy!

I ordered extra large rayban aviator sunglasses for myself to enjoy. I kept receiving messages from the seller telling me that they were going to have to cancel my purchase and give me a refund. They never mailed the sunglasses until June 1,2021. When I received the sunglasses they are not at all XL aviator rayban sunglasses. I'm so disappointed. I want a full refund. And a shipping label to mail back these fake sunglasses. Thank you

We encourage sellers to accurately list their items, and in cases that a buyer feels it was not accurately described they can file a return as a misrepresentation claim within 4 days of delivery. If it is deemed misrepresented by our returns team we will issue a refund to the original payment source.

Once you have requested the return, next you'll receive an automated email from the Tradesy Returns team requesting photos of your return item. Be sure to reply with all the suggested angles and views mentioned in the email.

Once the Returns Team has reviewed the photos they will continue with opening the return so that you can send it back to Tradesy. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label as well.

I have no complaints for the seller or the merchandise but I am very unsatisfied with the DHL delivery service and the fact that they require a "live signature" something that doesn't work very well for families which are constantly at work. They were not very accommodating and it was a hassle to obtain the package. I will not buy anything with DHL shipping. I hen I was finally able to get the day off to drive to the DHL location, there was a line of people with similar problems.
