My experience with Tradekey is good, the client manager "Sara" is professional and very supportive, she replies to my inquiry any time and give clear advice, I appreciate thier service.
Review Update. I ordered and paid for 5kg DL-methionine from Cynthia Jones at CynthiaSales who saw my request for quotes on her Tradekey portal. Delivery failed and I was informed by seller and driver to pay extra into eWallet since they sent 10kg. I refused. They refused delivery until I pay up. I was offered less than half my money back if I cancel order. (Demanded amounts fluctuated continually) Both driver and seller appear to be extortionists who demanded extra payment. Suspected fraud. Order from 19 February remains undelivered by 18 March'24.

Whenever we import from tradekey sellers, we expect reliable contacts from customer service. We expect them as genuine suppliers. A bit delay in delivery of goods comparing to the commitment in the contract. For this, we expect tradekey to help us exclusively, but I would review that tradekey is good and need to ensure surveillance over suppliers.

DOing business through tradekey has been great. Those who faced problems must not forget that nothing is perfect on earth. Tradekey has attempted it's level best to perform well. A logical reason of it is the ISO informations ecurity system certificate which Tradekey received, which i guess was the first certification given to any Pakistani company.
