Jame was very patient with me and extremely professional and helping me navigate through each drop down window and providing a brief explanation of what each tab is about.
I felt at ease because he better understood some of the hang ups I had experienced before with the platform and gave better insight on how to capitalize on some of the platform's features.
I sincerely appreciate his effort in clarifying some of the questions that popped up during my session and I appreciate his knowledge and expertise and familiarity with the Trade Algo platform.

The experience was good, getting an overview of the site. Only issue was sound. I had problems hearing the instructor due to a lot of background noise. So some time delay there because I had trouble hearing him.
