Toy safai reporting me to the Police!!! Accused of harassment. Read this. toy safari!! - toysafari well where do I start,

> ordered an item online saying there were 23 in stock!!!
> e-mailed 3 times asking when item was to be sent out. no reply
> rang internet phone number > 8 phone calls later answered.
> Lady on phone said item is not in stock but item will be in stock next day. (HHMmmm)
> I said the phone number was not being answered could I have another number.
> Lady gave shop number.
> Girlfriend rang next day, was told item was not delivered to warehouse, could try again in a month!!!
> I rang (was using my account at the end of day) they refused to talk. Rang 23 times, yes 23 times, hung up on, told to go away. I replied can I at least talk to someone else.
> Finaly they unplugged the phone, yes unplugged the phone!!!
> I rang Trading Standards stating that toysafari were unwilling to resolve the matter over the phone and that they have £54.99 of my money for an item they don't have. Trading standards are currently investergating.
> They rang my girlfriend asked for my number to talk to me about the order (must have come to sence, well thats what i thought).
> A man from the toy safari site rang a accused me of harassment, said he was ringing the police. He also said I was being threatening on the phone. Believe me I wasn't, as soon as i said 'hello' they hung up. He was very rude and didnt allow me to comment as he too hung up!!!

so to summarize toy safari sold me an item they don't have in stock, then refuse to discuss with me, then report me to the police, lied constanly and still I know nothing about the order and my £54.99. Just hope the law can help me.
