This site sells FNAF Ripoffs!

Beware! The items depicted on the website are NOT what you will receive! I purchased a "Toy Bonnie" plushie. The site shows a genuine Hot Topic branded item. What they sent was a cheap knockoff.

-The tag is missing the official hot topic sticker

-The right eye is sewn on crooked

-This item utilizes the incorrect fabric and uses a metal tab to keep the ears up

This item is clearly not a legitimate Hot Topic Original as published on your website.

When contacted Toy Better customer service, they apologized and said they would send a replacement with the "correct item". This was over 3 weeks ago. When a followup was made. They said they will contact me when it is shipped. I finally just contacted my credit card company to have them apply a charge-back to Toy Better to get my refund.

Honestly 0 stars out of 5. They did not want to provide me with my tracking number said I had to wait for some reason. Messages just kept circling back and forth to the same thing not making any sense. I paid express shipping, two weeks later still nothing not even a tracking number. Seems like a scam to me not sure if I will ever get my item. I asked for immediate refund, they said I have to wait till I get my item just does not make any sense. Very upset about this, their website should be shut down.

SO this crap toy store from china is re-making these Disney Spider-man toys and making them rip-offs. They Just Trick parents and kids into buying this $#*!. Who ever makes these should be ashamed because this Is just a scam made by poor Hong Kong nut heads who can't even scrape up enough money to even buy a $#*!ing meal. Who ever does this should be ashamed and realise that they are for real scamming KIDS AND PARENTS who just want to make their child happy. The most stupidest scam I have ever come by. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE! DO YOUR RESEARCH!

I bought a toy with them, under their previous name of Toy Better, that they have since changed.
The toy came in the correct box but when opened it was an obvious fake and was very upsetting for the child I bought it for.
The customer service was very responsive and apologetic to begin with, promising to send me what I ordered ( even though I kept asking for a refund). They told me it would take a month to arrive and kept buying time, which I found out later from the bank that after 120 days the bank can't help you get the money back from them.
When the month was up I contacted them again and from then on they ignored me. Luckily i was within 2 days of the 120 days so the bank got me a refund but doesn't make up for the disappointed child.
These people are disgusting so please do not buy anything from them. Their name keeps changing but the address remains at toysgamewiz!
If you have ordered something and want a refund make sure:
You've given Toy Best a clear deadline and you contact your bank within 120 days of purchase

I got a item for my son who loves FNAF There so his favourite being Toy bonnie he Wanted a Toy bonnie push I brought from that website, It doesn't have the hot topic Lego, also his face is on a slight turn to the right his head is a fully a different shape with one ear hanging and folded back behind his head while the other folded forwards his nose is on a slight turn and could not move back into the right place it's a scam and wouldn't recommend spending $30 dollars on this hot trash of an item

Ho ordinato un prodotto ad ottobre e mi è arrivato un elicottero di 4 cm non conforme alle immagini! Più volte mi hanno scritto scusandosi e dicendo che mi avrebbero mandato il giocattolo che avevo ordinato! Ma ad oggi 28 dicembre questo non è avvenuto e non mi hanno nemmeno accreditato i miei soldi! Questa si chiama truffa! Non comprate niente da questi ciarlatani!

Once you submitted the order no way to cancel. They told you order processed in warehouse but then it took 2 wks before they ship. Nearly 3 mths waiting, then 12 inch toy turned out to be half size at my front door. Photo shows the one I got from them (top) vs the true 12 inch I bought from ebay. Stay away! The date today is Dec-23-2021.

Worse mess I have ever gotten into... package had been opened and parts missing. Company said if package had been opened (by me) I could not return. I tried anyway and it was going to cost more to ship back that the toy (s) original cost. My advice. DON'T order from this company! Wish I could add photo. But being a senior, I really don't know how..

Sells fake products. Website blatantly states a brand name, but what you get is a made in China knock-off. The knock off is also vastly different than the products its trying to pass off as. I bought beyblades from this site for my kids thinking they are Takara Tomy beys, but they were fake and not worth even 10% of the money I paid for it including shipping! They do not offer refunds unless they get the product back at your cost. Even then, some reviews say, you never get the money back. So upset.

Bordspel besteld op 26 november, helaas nog steeds niet geleverd (18 december) tevens doet het tracking systeem het niet meer. Er komt een error te staan, wat ik mij herinner is dat die wel aangekomen was bij de grens van HonkKong(?) daarna nooit meer van gehoord. Customer Service bestaat ook niet, je kan niet spreken met ze en tevens moet je 100cent per minuut betalen. Email contact gaat via een gek internet quora invul form, allemaal heel verdacht vaag. Er bestaat ook geen refund policy (hoe je dat moet aanvragen is extreem vaag, tot op de dag niet gevonden hoe), ik ga er van uit dat mijn geld is verdwenen.

I ordered a board game on the 26th of November and sadly it still hasn't arrived here or has been delivered according to the tracking site, that now somehow gives an error when I try to look it up. Last thing I remember it left the border of HonkKong and has never been detected since. There is no real living Customer Service, you can't talk to any living person. They direct you immediately to an answering machine with an outrageous fee of 100 eurocent per minute. The only contact exist through email, that is a weird form you have to fill in guided through given options. I still haven't been able to find any refund policy papers, it's all very extremely suspicious after ordering so I'm guessing I just lost the money.
