Just ordered a Garmin Montana 700 motorcycle mounting kit from Tourtech, got the order and it was a cradle for the Garmin, no mounting hardware. I called there customer service and they said that I should have known there wasn't any hardware, I read the item description "Mount your Garmin Montana 700 series GPS on your motorcycle with this kit. Kit includes mount, hardware and a cable with bare power, audio and data wires" to them and they said it didn't matter it doesn't come with the required items to mount the craddle that next time I should call and find out what comes with it. Very poor customer service this was my first and last time buying from here.

I tried to make a purchase from this company & they contacted me with a sob story about having been victims of fraud & that I had to provide them with a copy of my ID. While on one hand I appreciate the security concern, on the other I'm not giving any one an image of my drivers license. They need to find a better more secure process to make on line transactions. If your reading this, I strongly recommend you take you business else where.
