Touch-up Direct provides a factory match paint. My order was a tri color Ivory Pearl that was dead on. What I never expected was the amazing ongoing customer service and satisfaction I received. This company went way beyond what I ever dreamed to make doing business with them amazing. I'm a real fussy guy about my vehicles and this company will always have my business.
Paint match was about 4 shades too dark (My veh. 10 years old.) Plenty of primer and color in the pen kit; however, the Clear coat was almost empty when received. All that work to result in an inability to apply clear coat. Really piss-poor product. No point in trying to contact Cust. Support so Im just going to order a kit from someone else and start again. My mistake for not researching reviews prior to purchase. I fell like I spent $70 at WISH! What was waste of time and money.

Paint came quick and couldn't be happier, perfect match, great job fellas, very satisfied customer here, I will definitely be using you again, it's only the second time I painted anything on a vehicle, turned out like glass
To be fair, like many of the reviews I found the touch up pens to be shades too dark. Touch Up Direct gave me a full refund on that. The Spray can option, yes you have to buy both the base and top coat, is amazing. I had to do some touch up on my wife's 2017 Mustang, a little boo boo on the front fender and soke scratches because some clown thinks that you shouldn't drive a Mustang if you have a disability, long story short, the touch up was perfect. Just as goo as and expensive touch up at a body shop at a fraction of the price. Thank you Touch Up Direct.
Tip for consumers:
Paint smart. Lots of thin coats with a few minutes between coats, keep a reasonable distance from what you are painting and you will get a great finish. Do not appy the top coat too soon, wait at least 30 minutes.

I was sceptical at first, but the paint matched so well you cannot tell the difference between the old and the new. I used their spray paint and put 6 coats on my bumper and then coated it with a aftermarket clear and the truck looks great! Majestic gray is my truck color, the metal flake is just incredible, so satisfied, and everyone thinks it was painted by a professional.
