I bough two items that did not work as described. I paid for the items and for shipping separately. I sent them a message via their website and took 8 days to reply. They don't even guarantee their products (as you will see in their Disclaimer page), I asked for a refund anyway, but they won't pay to ship these back... Worst online experience EVER!
