Used them for a simple analysis paper, and got a paper that did not make sense in return. When they asked if they could revise it, I told them I only had a couple of hours to send to my Professor. They got it back to me, and this time it was worse. I ended up writing the paper myself. When I asked for my money back, they only gave me 70%. 2 days ago, I was in a bind and needed a paper REWRITTEN. I paid for a rush 12 hour rewrite and when the paper was supposed to be done, I was told that the writer needed more time, so they sent me the draft to read over. I sent it back (They had not changed anything). And again they asked for my time, plus I gave instructions on what to write. But they kept sending me the same paper back, saying it was rewritten. So I wrote the 5 pages myself and chatted with the support and let them know I was finished with my paper and I wanted my money back. This time they asked to see my paper that I wrote. I told them to go $#*! Themselves. Knowing them they would take my paper and sell it to someone else. The customer service person kept disrespecting me, and again they wouldn't give me a full refund because they said that I could have taken the paper "The writer wrote" (Which was My paper, to begin with) and used it. LOL I kept telling them to review all the revision papers and let me know if anything was changed by the "Writer" but of course, this person kept saying "I have" and it is different. I let them know I knew they were a scam. Also, They have 2 different websites so be careful. The use Topwriter.com, Something like Topwriting.com or. Org. And both websites look different on the home page.
