TOP TECH INC in Grants Pass, Oregon. The day this nightmare started 12-16-2017. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for any computer repair needs. It is a long and frustrating story to tell. The ending is I had to take my PC to another "reliable" repair business to be fixed after Mach and Robin the owners of Top Tech Inc completely wiped out my hard drive and downloaded someone else information. They were "very unprofessional", "very difficult" to contact by phone and "unable" to reach at their home/place of business. I'm still having nightmares from this experience.
