My writer seemed nice. Though I'm not so sure an expert in my field. I am giving this the opportunity to prove itself and if it works, I will come back and give a glowing five star review. I am not feeling very confident with the results, even after the edits and feedback.

I am very pleased with the Resume, Cover Letter, and LinkedIn rewrites. Sabrina did a nice job formatting the information I provided and sent timely updates. She responded well to my edits and suggestions along the way.

After the documents were completed, the general help team was completely unhelpful. I purchased the "Career Confidence" package which includes a 60-day Interview Guarantee. I understood this to mean that they would help connect me with a recruiter network, however I was mistaken. When I asked the general team about connections and recommendations, they gave me two third party options that I could choose from. I followed up to ask a few qualifying questions but my order was marked "complete" and never heard back from a team member again.

I recommend the service for the document work they do, but make sure to ask any questions before you accept all of your revisions. You're kicked to the curb once that happens.

I was under the impression that contact with recruiters was part of the process. When I realized it was not, I asked for help in selecting one. I was given 2 third party URLs to look into. Before selecting one, I asked a few simple follow up questions and never heard back. The interaction was completely unhelpful.

The process was not very comprehensive, and did not meet my expectations because there were mine outline before during or after the process.
The author did a good job, but I have the draft but when I "approved", I've heard nothing since, apart from this feedback email!?!

Started off great but then response time from my writer got longer and longer. Writer also didn't make specific changes I had asked for between drafts. Wording in certain parts of my resume were weird or incorrect.

I paid upfront, a reviewer has been assigned after several days and then I got pressured all over the process to meet their deadlines.
They give you only 7-10 days to complete your reviews and pressure you to close

It is clearly also my fault not being 100% on top of this, but i felt very unprofessional being treated this way when they got their money upfront. Just wanted to rush the process, and of course I feel I have not had enough interactions to make fine tunings to the resume

I ordered a Executive Priority Resume Package, assuming this service will handled by an expert, unfortunately the service was with poor quality. However the price was somehow fair as had a discount, so no regret. All in all if you look for high quality services I recommend to look for other providers or at least don't go with Executive Bundle which is kind of money wasting.

I get tons of responses, though I do feel my resume could use a lil polishing.

Well, Normally when you pay for something, you'd like to see a couple or a few options. The person who helped me is J ( because that's the only name I have to go by) I asked J to provide a different layout or design but J insisted that the layout and design of the resume is fine.

Thats okay, but If Im a paying customer and I ask for something to change and you tell me "no its fine like that" then where is the customer service.

Nevertheless, Thank you. I'll keep what I paid for and move on.

I reserve rating until I see if this one works. This is my 3rd paid resume and 2nd cover letter service so I am skeptical. It's a shame, unjust, and part of the discriminatory practices, that we have to relay on this service and not the 20+ years hard work and experience to get a HR - real person to read our resumes.

I like my product, but in my case I feel I paid more than I should have. My resume's final draft was sent with a wrong credential. I am not an associate professor and now people are reaching out concerning roles in education. This is not what I was looking for.

Also, there were some grammatical errors and the wrong certificate was placed with the wrong year as well. I just noticed this today. I wish I could give a better rating, but those errors have cost me and I paid you. I truly expected more. At the least, to not get my credentials wrong.

Besides that, my writer was king, professional and did a good job. I wish him the best. Nonetheless, the damage is done and I would like some of my money back.

Had no issues, ease of use website which is great. My assigned writer was knowledgeable and took the time to answer some of my questions and concerns. Will recommend to anyone who has a hard time writing their own resume like I do. Will return again.

I appreciated the feedback. Did not think I was going to get any at all. The language used was gibberish to me and no suggestions on how to adjust or fix it. To get your CV professionally written is way too expensive, especially for people without an income. Felt more like I fell prey to an organisation, not as interested in helping people, but rather to make a huge profit.

Great advice but, I think 149.00 is a little steep for a resume rewrite, to give you a better chance at passing the ATS software key words to get noticed.

I had overall a good experience. My writer took some time to get back to me, but she answered and included all my questions and comments. I am missing some details about my qualifications now that I am applying to different jobs and it seems hard to show what I am capable of. I still have to work on it myself but I am very happy with the structure and design.

Post says earn $100 to $200 per year. Seems wrong.

I was hopeful, somewhat disappointing. Explaining to the person assisting me, they did not really understand my circumstances & needs.
My resume & cover letter do not work for someone who has worked for over 20+ yrs., the writer just did not understand that.
Perhaps they get paid per resume & cover letter, so be it, lesson learned on my part.

I will grant that the writer helped flesh out some of my sections and had good recommendations. However, I questioned the use of a semi-colon and the writer argued with me saying "it will show them [hiring company] you know how to use a semi-colon". While the use of the semi-colon could be understood where the writer placed it, the grammar he used with it did not make sense; I am an English & journalism major and I know how to use semi-colons. In the edits after the first draft, there were several spots that a different size or style of font was used on a single character of a word so that it looked very amateurish. Also, every single interviewer I've seen since I started using this new version has raised their eyebrows and said "two pages, huh?". It's worth the service if you can get it at half the price and make sure to really proof-read it for errors.

Had to change writers mid-stream... Original writer became unresponsive.
Final resume contained a typo that I did not notice until the resume was used for a few applications.
Process is easy to follow.

I'm still waiting for the recruiter.com resume distributor to get sent out. I've been stuck on the email verification page and it wont send any verification to my email when I type it in so I don't think its working. I've tried to contact them a few times so it can get sent out and I haven't heard anything. I'd like for that to get working because I spent $50 on it and I'm doing more work trying to fix it so I hope someone reaches out to me on that. Resume and cover letter were good though. Once the recruiter.com gets fixed id give a 5 star but until then, I'm pretty frustrated.

My experience with Top Resume was not what I expected. The fee for the resume, cover letter and teleconference is overpriced. I was more impressed with the cover letter and teleconference than the resume. I had to make multiple suggestions for corrections, updates and comments. At the end of the day, I'm a little underwhelmed with the finish product. I set my expectations to high for this experience.

I paid for the top package through Top Resume.
I throughly enjoyed my resume writer. They were extremely flexible and open to my suggestions/questions. They responded promptly and with a good attitude. I did have a few thoughts surrounding the length and word choice they used in the Resume, compared to other resumes my friends had done (in the same employment field) working in some of the spaces I am interested in).

However, I have not noticed any new job inquiries and I have still not received any job interviews based upon the new resume and LinkedIn profile I have submitted, that was targeted done by Top Resume writer.

I got the resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn makeup fast.
However, that doesn't seem to get me more interviews.

I did not like the communication or lack of. The resume turned out ok but could've been made to look better and I should've had more opportunity to work with the writer and get feed back but I didn't.
