This is the worst company I have ever delt with in my life! The clothes are horrible, not worth 50 cents, the customer service is even worse and to top it off they will NOT REFUND ANYTHING! They are crazy scammers from China! Beware, DO NOT ORDER!

I ordered two dresses from this website www.topjara.com because I saw an ad on Instagram. My bad. I should have known better. Turns out, it is a company based in China. I had been burned by another company based in China where they use photos from other clothing sites that completely misrepresent the product they end up sending to you (all these China based companies that advertise online do this!) and I was sent clothing that looked absolutely nothing like what I had ordered. But I decided to give it another try with this company. But this time, it was way worse.
The alarm bells should have started ringing when I didn't receive an email confirmation of my purchase. 4 months later I had heard nothing from them nor had I received the goods that I had paid for. The only reference to the purchase I had made was through my Paypal account where there was a customer service email. I emailed that and received a "this email does not exist" undeliverable notification. Since then, I still have not received anything nor have I heard from them. I have had to write off amount of USD74.99 that I paid since there is nothing I can do about it. The only thing I could do was to write this review and warn other people so that they won't go through the same thing.
