I discovered it last Christmas and it was a lifesaver for me that year. This year I also went shopping for gifts here and the assortment was even greater. I see many people complaining about the quality, or even saying that the products are fake… hey, this is a store that provides everything, from cheap and low-quality products, to expensive and high-quality. Choose properly and check feedback on each product.
Has all management been fired? If not, they should be. For MONTHS there's literally nothing to bid on - if you're lucky, you'll see a max of 10 live items - used to be hundreds. How are they possibly even making money, especially without even trying to sell anything? Are you not spending money on advertising to get customers? Did all but the Chinese sellers leave? Saw some new partner program, and that looks like it DIED instantly.
The company has the potential to a great company. They need to monitor their vendors more and solve the wait process.
I love the shopping aspect, but there are things I ordered 2 months ago I still have yet to receive.
I am having a good time shopping on this site however some items look quite deceiving... I have purchased a lot of different things and most are great. I have also purchased a few that are not worth what I paid and will be requesting a refund for..

I think that the items take to long for delivery
Sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes you actually get what you ordered. It's very hit and miss. Make sure to read the fine print on an item before you bid!
Sometimes it's not so good and the sizes are not. I do like the bidding on the things here. It's fun.
I was happy with the prices but after paying them they are coming from China it takes two or three months before receiving the items orderes. Is there any United States vendors
The jewelry is very nice and the picture tells you it is real silver but I have been disappointed in the quality of merchandise unless it has a name brand on the picture not of a lookalike brand.

I ordered an Aduro dash cam, it was used, really looked dilapidated. But the iPad got was pretty good; dented but works real well. Battery tester was also good.
Here's why I gave just three stars:
1) Not much selection.
2) They apparently do not check the quality of the merchandise sellers sell.
This site is definitely worth visiting occasionally, but that's about it.

I bidded on an item. It didn't work. I've sent it back weeks ago and I still haven't received my refund and I have no item. I've done everything that has been asked of me and only keep receiving the same text back
Never got the $5 credit when I signed up.
Most of the stuff is flea market quality junk from China.
Those little "retail" prices in the bottom corner are bogus beyond belief.
"Lab created" opal was plastic, and black ring was painted plastic. Which was already chipped when I received it.
A wristwatch broke the first time I wore it.
Buyer beware... you get what you paid for.

Three times I've not received my package.
Very disturbing
I have received several items that I ordered, after I ordered the night lite owls. Supposed to be here around Aug 11th, its Aug 18th now.
I won a ring several months ago. Paid for it and still have not received it. Everything else arrived on time and im happy with them..
I understand delivery can be a few days late, but its over a week or two, that's ridiculous. Or given one delivery at, then it keeps changing later, and later. But really burns is getting items not even close to what was shown on line, so now at this late date I'm scrambling to replace these items for Christmas. I don't think I will use this site much.
Very happy with Tophatter just wish items would ship faster hard to get items in time, I also think sizes are misrepresented

I had bidded and won 2 different items that wasn't what they pictured but just a partial. I'm not happy with the delivery time neither. I first started using Tophatter about a month ago and won several different items and still haven't gotten many of them. I'm almost afraid to do any more bidding.
Somethings on Tophatter are displayed differently than what your really getting. They make it look deceiving. For example they will show you 100 markers and you only get 10. You really have to look good before bidding
I thought this site would be fun and a wonderful way to get good quality products at inexpensive prices was right up my alley. I'm on a tight budget so when making purchases is a big deal for me. So imagine my disappointment when I start receiving my items and over half come poorly packaged, not working or falsely advertised. The only think I have gotten and been satisfied with is the CBD oils. The CBD oils are now the only thing I will purchase from this site. Saves me from being disappointed.

For a message from you about where my packages are. I have been waiting since 10/18 and 11/7 for my orders. I messaged you several days ago but no reply yet.
It's fun auctioning against other shoppers but once you realize you're paying much more than what some items are worth; the thrill is gone.

Bidders decide how high they are willing to bid, and can stop bidding at any time. If an item doesn't meet your price range you can set a reminder for the items by clicking on the heart icon.
