I discovered it last Christmas and it was a lifesaver for me that year. This year I also went shopping for gifts here and the assortment was even greater. I see many people complaining about the quality, or even saying that the products are fake… hey, this is a store that provides everything, from cheap and low-quality products, to expensive and high-quality. Choose properly and check feedback on each product.

Has all management been fired? If not, they should be. For MONTHS there's literally nothing to bid on - if you're lucky, you'll see a max of 10 live items - used to be hundreds. How are they possibly even making money, especially without even trying to sell anything? Are you not spending money on advertising to get customers? Did all but the Chinese sellers leave? Saw some new partner program, and that looks like it DIED instantly.

Was unaware of the size differences on clothing and shoes. Items I received were not as explained or shown in pictures. An example is "Can't believe I purchased a walking dinosaur that was about 2 feet long in the picture and it was actually a lego dinosaur that was only 2 inches big".

If the seller does not lıke your winning bid, you will never get your item!
AND the worst part is you have to fight to get your money back. TODAY l have a scheduled refund but they will not pay, even after 3 months. MOSTLY FAKE TRACKING INFO.

Tophatter was the biggest rip off company selling fake items falsely advertising them as real. They issued refunds but never gave the refunds then they closed down and changed the name an format so its no longer an auction site but the llc is the same. This company is using illegal sweatshops and selling fake items and they changed they name. Please do not by from temu formally known as Tophatter

They are false advertising and will steal your money

I was so excited, but as items started coming in clothes were way off in sizing, no boxes or instructions, poor quality, not apple product as ad stated, poor quality. It actually looked like junk from China as everything did come from China. Forever and always ring was very poor quality, outdoor lights did not work, talking hamster did not work, chip sealer did not work, dash cam did not work, antenna did not work. I was just really disappointed. They did however offer refund with no problems at all. Just won't be ordering from them anymore.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. You bid and win then pay. You get a delivery date that is a month or more from when you pay. That date comes and goes and you don't get what you paid for. When you contact Tophatter instead of a refund they give you credits on their site so you can bid bid on more items that you will NEVER GET. And even the credits are rarely the amount you actually paid.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

It has been over 2 months I ordered an outfit for my granddaughter and yet to receive it. THE 1 ST ORDER I ORDERED A SKIN OIL AND OVER 3 MONTHS AND YET TO RECEIVE IT. I HAVE REQUESTED MY MONEY BACK AND CANCEL THESE ORDERS AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY MONEY... DONT HAVE THE TIME OR ENERGY FOR THIS TYPE OF DRAMA

Purchased an item a so called robotic sweeper it turned up and its cheap nasty crap that they cant sell on ebay as it is not fit for purpose and may as well through in the bin basic childs bump and go toy with a piece of felt on the bottom
Oh you can get a refund but thats more hassel than its worth and you have to send said piece of crap back at you expense which will cost the same as the product itself complete joke cant speak to anybody at tophatter get run around in circles

I bid and won five items...
3 of them, after 4 - 5 weeks have been refunded with no communication or explanation. Orders *******, ******* and *******

1 has been in transit since the 26th November, it is now 3rd January! According to the tracking it arrived in the UK on the 6th Dec, but still has not arrived. Order *******

1 was actually delivered, but it did not match the description or photos, had a non UK power plug and actually having seen it I would not have paid £1 for it, let alone the £15 I did. Order *******

I have emailed and posted reviews, but have had no response, and the negative reviews have not appeared on the item listing!
They only seem to post good reviews.

This site is absolute GARBAGE! Literally everything I bid on and won has been cancelled. I've been waiting weeks for what I paid for, they even said it was shipped in June and then all of a sudden they're cancelled. What's the F'n point of this site!?!?!
I've deleted it, unsubscribed and spammed this B. S site.

I have been with top hatter only 2 months and am closing my account never ever again 1st item i won for £9.25 was a chils robot that helps them learn numbers letters ect... it arrived small flimsy bit of plastic that after adding battery has chinese buttons on ront and speaks chinese went in the bin 2nd item still not received as yet no refund till 31st dec 5 weeks after it should have been here 3rd item remote controlled transforms from car to robot i recd small plastic red car no remote control no robot nothing matched item photo i bid on see photos below no refund again till end of dec scammers rip off merchants never ever again will i bid on this site.

I have bid and bought serval items from here. The items are never what they seem and today I got some metallic markers I bid on an assortment and I got 5 of the same color. It takes FOREVER FOR your order to be delivered and sometimes it may not come at all

The products are horrible. I won 7 different items & very disappointed is an understatement. I ordered Dec. 3rd. In time for Christmas not a single item came in before Christmas it was actually the 2nd week of January when they arrived. THE WORST PART IS THEY SELL YOUR IMFORMATION TO OTHER COMPANIES. Since ordering from them I get calls, text & emails constantly. I know for a fact it was this company because it was the only thing I ordered from on line & it actually started the same day I put my information into Topphatters! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT!

The marked through prices are out of bounds through the roof... no idiot would pay that retail price... they want you to think you're getting super duper "98% off" deal when actually you're not... example...$109 for a sonic tooth brush... you could buy 10 of them at Wally World for that price... but since you got it for $20 on Tophatter... plus shipping... it makes you feel warm and fuzzy that you got a heck of a deal... not...

I have received 2 separate items from Tophatter which were NOTHING AT ALL as described or pictured. I purchased a cooling dog mat which showed a huge labrador sitting on it with loads of extra space. When it came, it was the size of a cloth and much too small for my tiny dog. I tried to arrange a refund but every time I tried to submit a request it stated it wasn't a valid reason for a refund. I even tried to go down the route of stating it was damaged yet it still came up with a reply that it wasn't a valid reason for a refund. Today, I received a string of lights which were pictured on tophatters site being drapped like curtains down a tall structure. The lights were the size of a braclet. I could have got better quality ones and longer ones from the pound shop. THIS COMPANY SCAMS YOU! BEWARE!
