I processed a withdrawal on 5/2/16. It is now 5/28/16 and they are still telling me that they are having problems with their Third Party Processing Company. Their website states you must allow for 10-15 business days to process a payout which they were quick to point out when I called to check the status of my withdrawal on Saturday 5/14 and I was told it had only been 10 business days (Which is bull$#*! to start with. Process a withdrawal with Bovada and the FedEx guy is knocking on your door two or three days later). However, when I emailed them on Saturday 5/21 and asked what the process time for a withdrawal request here is the exact response I was given, We dont have a specific processing time about this but once the tracking number is available we will send an email as soon as possible. The bottom line is they are thieves! There is no acceptable reason it takes more than 3 weeks to cut a check for less than $1,000. Do yourself a favor dont send TOPBET.COM one shinny penny of your money because they will not payout if you win. This is the lastest response I have gotten which basically says stop asking us for updates. "We will be needing more time to work on it. Let me return this favor, We will be the one who will update this status from time to time. Once we've got this update we will notifying you via email or giving you call on the phone number on your account."

Received the check yesterday (44 days after request) waiting for funds to clear.
I thought about bumping the review up to 2 stars since they actually did send a check, but as I did I thought about the reason I made the withdrawal in the first place. I placed a parlay about 2am one night on two games that were starting at 7pm the next night. About 3 minutes after I placed the bet I sent an email requesting to lock the pitchers which I had forgot to do. Even though neither game started for another 17 hours they would not alter the bet or cancel it so I could re-play it with the pitchers locked without me having to call and speak with a manager the next day after 10am. I thought that was pretty lame seeing as how I had only been a customer for about two weeks so I took my action elsewhere. The hassle of chasing my money around for the last month and a half has ruined the first part of the baseball season for me though so I have to stay at 1 star. Go with Bovada, they have always had a check at my door no later than 3 days after requesting a payout.
Please USA citizen, do not used this Company TOPBET, I won $4,100.00 and they come up with everything to not pay you off, they even closed my account because I filed a complaint, read the email I Paste below...
