I ordered airpro earbuds that were defective. No sound comes out of them. Not even the beeps that you are supposed to hear when pairing is successful. The item was originally delivered to an incorrect address. It was left on my porch with a note attached to it stating that they had received my package in error and were bringing it to me. The seller has a return/refund policy of 30 days from the order date or 14 days from delivery. Due to the delivery error I am outside both of those date ranges. I explained this to the seller and asked if, due to the circumstances, I could return the damaged item for a replacement or refund (The seller offered no other trouble shooting assistance or any options to try and fix the item prior to this request). The seller refused then threatened me and accused me of committing fraud and told me to choose wisely and carefully about my future actions as they are prepared to take me to court over the $54 ear buds if I attempted to dispute the charge with my credit card company since they were refusing to discuss the matter further with me. So buyers beware of this seller. They also have my credit card information on file and can make future charges to the card if they choose. The way their threat was worded, it led me to believe that was part of their threat.
