I have ordered quite a bit from this website. It's true there are a lot of fake and replica items, so one must be aware. However, I've found that (1) if you order generic products, that are plainly labeled as such, you can do fine; and (2) always feel free to dispute product that does not meet your standards. You have to be realistic - thenyou can do fine with this website.
DO NOT order from this site. The merchandise that they sell is fake and they are very shady about the way they answer questions about the merchandise sold. I recently ordered what they claimed as "factory sealed" dvds and guess what? They were seized at U.S. customs for fraudulent merchandise! I even made sure to purchase from a seller with a high rating and multiple sales. That doesn't matter at all! Ordering from China is a huge risk and the majority of things that you find online are fake. Buyer beware.

Unfortunately there are many of us out there that have had a bad experience or two with this company, however I have been purchasing items from them for the last 8 months, and yes I have had my share of bad luck. Although I have discovered a few sellers on there that I can honestly trust. If I ask a question they respond with the truth about what I am looking at buying, I would not try to avoid purchasing anything from here BUT I would recommend asking questions to each seller prior to purchase.
It is the Chinese equivalent of eBay so treat it as such and you should be just fine.
Everything being sold on this website are REPLICAS, none of the merchandise is real... so be aware before you buy anything.
tootoomart.com is a BIG scam, they are trying to avoid you if you have a complain they never get back, Its a big dissapointment buying in this website... they sent me an uncomplete order. I ordered two stes of bedsheet but they sent only one and caliming that they sent the complete order. Tried to be in contact in tootoomart customer care but they are just ignoring all my messages. One more thing. There products are too expensive compare to true prices in other chinese online shop they actually triple the price! Dont get tempeted to their product images as they are only images, they will send you crap one.
Never buy anything from tootoomart it is a scam and they will give you fake devices and if you complain they will not giv you a refund!
