Battery lasted two charges! There is no way to contact this company - no answer to emails (over month of tries!), phone does not work at all. I'm left with my "1 year warranty" and not working battery. Definitely this is not your partner to work with.

Bought 2 batteries and paid for 2-3 day shipping and now it's been a week and nothing. Tried emailing them and no response. Tried calling multiple times and it rings once and hangs up. They never gave me a tracking number or an email saying it was shipped. They withdrew the money. I'm thinking it's fraud.
I ordered a replacement battery on July 26 and have still not received anything. Just like others I call the number, it rings once and then i'm disconnected. They have not responded to my emails.
I ordered 2 batteries on 07-26-17 and paid for 3 day shipping. It is now 08-08-17 and I have not received my order! Can not reach them via phone, it rings once then hangs up. I sent email with no reply. This is looking like I have been taken just like the reviews below states. I will be contacting the better business bureau and credit card company! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered a battery replacement on July 27,2017. Nothing has shown up yet and it stated I had a 4-5 day shipping window. I tried calling the number listed on their website and it's a non working number. What the hell? I want my money back.
This business is a SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! It even looks like like they have started a new business called powertoolglobal.com; Their number doesn't work and they don't respond to emails. SAVE YOUR MONEY and GO ELSEWHERE!
Found this website through google. Prices were way better than other places so gave these guys a shot. Order came in 2 days before the expected delivery date and the batteries work as they should. Glad I ordered from this site and will be ordering again.

These guys are legit! I constantly rely on Toolscavern to purchase Makita and Dewalt batteries for our shop. They quickly take care of my needs and standard delivery is within a week.
These guys are obviously out of business still taking customers money I dont know who takes care of this kind of stuff but Im out $32 for a replacement battery extremely bad business
It took 12 days from when I placed my order till I received the two 14.4v replacement batteries, that I had ordered. I was happy with the price, and quality of the batteries seems fine. I had trouble contacting the company about my order, but when I did contact them, they responded to my requests about my order.
