I don't think this is a real company, eight attempts to get a refund over four weeks. The managers openly lied when saying they were processing a refund. On the eighth attempt while threatening to contact trading standards I finally got a world pay refund confirmation email.
I sincerely hope this is the end of this fiasco, 16 years of online shopping and I can honestly say this is the worst experience I've ever had, and I've dealt with the Chinese as well!

This is most worse online company I dealt with they don't have products in stock and then lie to you that it has posted out and that you should receive the product the next working day, when it does not arrive they issue a credit note but the money never goes back into your account. I am still waiting for refund. Do not deal with this company. I will be contacting trading standards about this company.

Tool and not quite fixed

I recently purchased from toolandfix via their ebay site a tacwise staple gun and of course some staples, all of which duly arrived a few days later. Unfortunately the wrong gun had been sent, this was rectified and a replacement was sent very quickly. The products and the service was fine but, there always is a but and the but is, that if I had ordered my products directly from toolandfix I could of saved a few pounds because they include the delivery costs in the ebay prices but not on their own website. Delivery is also free for orders over £50.00.

So remember don't buy before you check the direct website of a company.

I will probably use them again but not via ebay!

Unfortunately in a senior moment I forgot to check the reviews on this company before I placed my order. When it didn't arrive I was advised on two occasions that it was on order and would be arriving at the end of the week, Never arrived! When I eventually requested a refund, I was advised for over two weeks that it was being processed. Never arrived! Fortunately my credit card company eventually obtained a full refund for me. Lessons learned.

I was told a refund had been made to my account over two weeks ago but after frequent emails still no money. I suspect, based on my experience and the many other negative reviews on the web, that this is a scam company. Avoid.

Ordered a DeWalt Jig saw - Best price i could find online, free delivery, ordered 8pm Friday arrived first thing following Friday, well packed, very happy.

Stay away from them! Before placing my order online I've phoned and checked that item (Festool Domino Jointer) is in stock and then placed my order. Item supposed to arrive next day or day after, but I was waiting a week and still no item, so called them 3 times and every time they were promising to call me back with the update, but never get back to me. Then I called them 4th time and they told me that Festool Domino Jointer is damaged, so it's not gonna be delivered. I just wasted my time waiting! Very disappointed!...

Placed order over a month ago and still no product or refund. They never get back to you and keep lying to you every time you call. Company should be shut down!

Bad communication still not recieved item 3 week later. They fob you off with itl be here tomorroe just to get yoy off the phone. Their loss not mine. I was going to use then as the main supllier to my company but no chance of that now! Be warned

Avoid this company at all costs. Most likely a scam. Placed an order for £60. Never received any updates or my purchase during the promised 1-3 working day time frame. Contacted them through email, received a response that my item is out of stock and I will receive it in the next 10-14 days. A week has passed and I've decided to do some investigating. Turns out the company has just a little over one star rating in most of the review websites. A lot of the people are directly quoting the emails I've received. It also seems that getting the money back is extremely difficult. Further googling has shown that the product I've bought has been discontinued so their promised to post it after they receive more stock are invalid too. All in all should've read the reviews before purchasing. Never buy anything from this company.

Avoid this company like the plague. They have reviews like this across the internet.
I ordered items mid-September. 10 days later I rang to see why I'd had no despatch confirmation only to be told goods were "out of stock". I cancelled my order right then but didn't see a refund so after a couple of weeks I rang and was told "it hadn't been processed properly" but it'd be done straight away. Fast forward another week and still no refund so I called again and was fobbed off with the same excuse and promise. After nearly 2 months I've still had no refund and my bank is on the case with Trading Standards and Merseyside Police also aware.

Disgusting service, I placed an order to find out three weeks later it hadn't been sent out due to the product being out of stock. I asked for a refund then had to chase up 3 times for this. Absolute joke. You should hang your head in shame. Would never even look at this place again.

Placed an order for a trowel for the following week, said online it was in stock. Took my money straight away told I'll recieve it Monday Tuesday, on Tuesday I get an e mail saying it's not in stock. Nay get it end of week what a joke you are

I placed my order and then realised I had ordered the wrong size I contacted toolandfix by phone and they happily amended my order - which I received 3 days later and all was perfect
I have rated 5* as I think the service and product was excellent
