Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.

I bought a mobile phone Hotwav Cyber 7 with one year warranty. After around nine months it stopped working. Wrote complaint to customer support but their feedback was very slow and the only thing they advised is that i have been using phone for quite long time and it is like normal to break also suggested to repair it myself at local repair shop. I have requested several times to provide me with solution but they now are not replying at all.

Ordered a walkera v 450do3 heli. Opened box to find a heli as advertised with no instruction booklet, and no cd disk as advertised. Email told them about missing items, they told me take a picture of missing items after many attempts got nowhere still don't have cd disk. Went to a chat room someone sent me his own manual. Great con game take a picture of something u don't have.?

Very slow shipping, I mean sometimes unbelievable slow, 2 weeks in processing one time for 1 of my orders.

Problem to tilt the yunteng monopod head even after un-tightened the screw. It is tight and needs a bit more energy than normal to tilt up and down. Panning left and right is smooth. If I send back to Tomtop, it requires more money than the cost of monopod. After a few emails back and forward, they stop replying to me. No solution at the end. Beware!

Difficult to get feedback on shipping and tracking information. Shipping took roughly two weeks before it showed as being dispatched

I paid ASP (priority shipping)and one of the objects came 1 month later and the other never come. Although they don't refund.Not professional

I have shopped many times with Tomtop but my latest was the worse. I paid for 6 day expedited shipping and the item took over a month to arrive. I attempted several times to cancel the order when I noticed that after 10 days they still had not shipped from the plant yet but none of my emails were answered

Ordered two items, neither of which arrived on time. In fact one did not arrive at all. When I sought a refund I was asked to "wait another week" on 3 occasions. Eventually got the refund.

The first order had a defect in it. I bought a headlight for a bicycle and the wire is exposed because the screw was lose. I contacted Tomtop via email and sent a picture of the unit. They would not do anything. So I'm stuck with something that works but has an expose wire installed in a bicycle that is exposed to the elements. Not really safe to use. I tried to screw it back but it keeps coming off.

Ordered Xiaomi Mi Power Bank
Tomtop never sent it and provided a fake tracking number
Refund was made after about a month after purchase when I keep-on asking where I can see the tracking information

I bought a backpack on a Sunday and paid for the priority shipping which states 1-3 days since I was going to fly out that week and wanted to use it that same week. When it finally shipped, I called FedEx to get an estimated time of arrival, and they told me that the package was sent through regular service, not expedited and that I would not get it on time. I emailed Tomtop, one week later and still no response. I tried the chat many times and it failed to work until today when I finally could get in contact with them. They were of no help, simply saying that the fact they shipped it with FedEx and not USPS justified the extra charge and made it priority. Then, in the middle of the chat, they just stopped answering, I truly doubt it had anything to do with the connection, they simply chose to ignore me. Customer service after a purchase is non-existent with this site.

Tip for consumers:
Be weary if you decide to pay for priority shipping, on the site it says 1-3 days, but they will ship it with the 2-7 day service.

I just thought I will warn EVERYONE about this company. If you ever order from them, don't expect ANY kind of customer service. Hopefully if you're lucky your product won't have any issues, cause if it does, there almost no chance of you ever hearing from them again. I made an order over 20 days ago, it was supposedly "dispatched" 5 days later. I've not heard anything from them every since. They promised tracking number etc, I still haven't received any kind of tracking details. I contacted them several times and even did a live chat, which was basically an automated robot - no reply back. I would say AVOID this company at all cost, and only use them if there are no other place selling the same stuff. There are plenty of other better places to buy from like Ali-express who seems to respond immediately to customer queries. I just wish i never bought from them. Banggood also seems much better and quicker with delivery. I only gave them 2 stars because they were a few dollars cheaper, but it should be 1 star really just for their terrible customer service. I just hope my item will have no issues, cause I'm sure there's no chance in hell they will help to fix it or give refund. I would say again avoid this company unless you really have to, and if you do go with them, probably best not to buy anything expensive, cause if it's lost or broken you can forget about ever seeing your money again!

I order 3 items week ego. And not has. Even ship yet.

I ordered a product on 8 August and expected it by month end. On 4 September I asked for delivery address to be changed because there was no longer anyone at the delivery address on most days. I was told tis cannot be done until it is returned to Tomtop as undelivered. I have not received responses to a number of my follow-up emails to the Support email address and I still have not received the product nor any indication of when it will be received. Today is 11 October and this is totally unacceptable. At the least I expect replies to my emails. No reply to my 3 and 9 October emails. Very frustrated.

QC at Packaging missed 2 remote controls for my Party lights that I ordered. And in a second order, there were no batteries in 4 of the Remote Controls for Party Lights.
I tried to send several requests to customer service, but no response. Offering Money (couple of $$$) to get good reviews will not change my review. You need to offer Excellent Service to your Buyers.

Straight after my purchase TomTop reduced price for purchased item by 30$. I immediately contacted support and asked to cancel and reorder. NO answers whatsoever. They're fast to take your money, but don't expect any customer service!

Shipping too 2x as long as expected. Customer service was impossible to deal with as all they kept telling me was the routing # and not helping with any Qs.

One of 2 items purchased was a VERY LOW quality and made incorrectly to hold the AAA batteries it needs. Customer Service just told me to "use AAA batteries" and had no reply whatsoever about the issue.

@shamy z, as much as I want to contact the shipping company who shipped the item I ordered from Tomtop, I don't have any of their contact number or email. I searched on the internet but to no avail. Kindly help me to contact them. Again this is my order tracking number RF*******SG. I placed the order last Apr. 20,2017 and up to now, June 29,2017 it is not yet delivered. I need your help. Pls. Had an issue with a 3D Printer Mainboard purchased from Tomtop and was concerned with warranty support for the product, but Tomtop came through. It took a bit of back and forth with their courteous customer support, but once the issue was determined, the failed part was replaced. Took a while for the part to be shipped, but now my 3D printer is up and running properly. I would have no problem doing business with this company again.

Sehr schwieriger Kontakt bei Problemen, d. H. bei defekten Geräten 14 Tage hin und her schreiben und dann nach Einigung wegen zurückschicken, dann nochmal 3 Wochen Schreiberei ehe Geld zurück, aber auf den Rücksendekosten bleibt man sitzen!

I still would not recommend tomtop. They sold me something that was not in stock, did not indicate that at time of purchase. The good news is they gave me a full refund. After some of my time was wasted.

I ordered WLv950 and it never say out of stock. They took my money and after 4 days my order was on hold. I email them few times, they never told me that the item is out of stock. Until tonight finally got a hold the online so called rep. Stated the item is out of stock, she only said sorry about. I requested for a full refund and now is going to take 3-5 days to process. It is very bad for the business being dishonest to lure the customer. I will never deal with them anymore I'll take my business to somewhere else.

Item never received. Wrong shipment method. Customer service asked to wait a little more each time.
I had a refund eventually, after 2 months waiting, many emails and personal time waster.

After creating a claim with Paypal, and going to the end of it expiring, I escalated the claim to Paypal, and Tomtop refunded me the amount I paid for the item (about $8). They had offered me $4 two weeks ago, but never responded to my counter-offer of the amount I paid. I am surprised, but it took quite a while.

I purchased and received a small bore camera that was supposed to be waterproof. It was not waterproof at all. I have emailed requesting a refund several times and included a picture of the problem over the last 3 weeks, and Tomtop will not even respond to my emails. Worst customer service I have seen, they are not interested in any refund or the real quality of their products. Do not buy anything from Tomtop that you are not willing to throw away and call it a total waste of your money.
