Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.

I bought a mobile phone Hotwav Cyber 7 with one year warranty. After around nine months it stopped working. Wrote complaint to customer support but their feedback was very slow and the only thing they advised is that i have been using phone for quite long time and it is like normal to break also suggested to repair it myself at local repair shop. I have requested several times to provide me with solution but they now are not replying at all.

I purchased Carote pots and pans on December 1st 2023 as a christmas gift for myself.
But this company hadn't sent me any information for 3weeks. So I had started contacting them so many times. And I finally received the items more than a month later. Didn't make Christmas or even new year. I was disappointed with the Huge delay. But more to came. The box which I received was a dirty nasty box. It didn't look like new pots and pans sent in there at all. But I still had a hope until I opened it. But My hope totally got disappeared when I opened it.
Pots and pans were put directly in the dirty box AND those items are fake but also got damaged.
There are no Carote logos on the all pans and pots. Items were Totally different as advertised.
So I've restarted contacting them about horrible items. I requested refunds but they didn't accept it for long time. But they should have refunded my money. I pushed them strongly to refund.
And they said we will accept your request but you have to return the items with tracking number and the expense is on me.
We will refund you After we received the items.
I was like what!?
There isn't any fault for my side but they said pay the postage to me. What a ridiculous company.
I've asking them why I have to pay the shipping fee. And still waiting for their response.

Stop scamming people Tomtop.
Stop selling fake items as genuine, as original
Refund us immediately.

If you don't take responsibility for this.
We will correct the people who were scammed by TOMTOP and will sue Tomtop all together.

Hope we could have solved this issue sooner

I bought a portable monitor and it only worked a couple of time. I tried to get refunded or replace with a new device. They keep asking me sending video and I did but they cannot open the video for some reason. I sent the same video to my firends but they can play it. I feel like they are tryting to avoid the issue by replying a nonsense messages back to me. Eventually they offered me 20% of purchase amount refund to end the issue. Do not waste your time and energy.

Scam website, don't buy from here. Product quality is terrible, sizing are all over the place and I'm pretty sure clothing will fall apart after a few washes and electronics will break in no time. They make returning things close to impossible as well.

I bought a projector and when I read those bad reviews i wanted to check for myself. Firstly I contacted the service to let them cancel my product and they said it would be cancelled within two days which is false according to their policy and refunds. Secondly the service broke off character and kept saying bags bags. I won't get the money I paid for which is incredibly sad. Thirdly every good review is only the people they paid for doing the good reviews so do not trust any good review from Tomtop!

SCAMMERS! Really dont buy there. I bought 2 printers by accident, and I have informed them after 3/4 days about this. They gave me address where I should return and I did this. They now have my package ( I didn't even open it) for 2 weeks. They avoid answering, they are lying.
It is really easy: I returned unpacked product and shop should refund me after few days.

Even they have fulfillment in Germany, you can not return goods there. Customer service is not sticking to EU customers rules at all.

Out of pocket $1277. Beware! You have been warned.
I ordered and paid for a Sculpfun laser and accessories. Cost $1277. When I eventually got tracking data from Tomtop I tracked the goods to Australia Post facility. Queries to Auspost revealed they have lost the goods. They provided a case number for me to give Tomtop so that they could settle between them. In this case Auspost is the delivery agent of Tomtop and I have no personal claim against Auspost.
Tomtop have behaved abominably for 3 months, simply refusing to provide any meaningful answers to my multiple queries. All they will say is "sorry dear, please be patient". Now 3 months later they send a reply saying the parcel is at my local post office and I should wait for it. I do not believe that they are anything other than deceitful and petty. They have no interest whatsoever in sending me the goods I have paid for.
Be warned - stay away from these dishonest, uninterested and deceitful people. Tomtop should not be in business.

Hello,
Please noone even think of buying anything from those scammers called Tomtop, they are the worst, yes, those sellers, should be banned from stealing people right and left.

I have bought a gear knob for my car and clearly ordered the short type, they sent me the long type and the worst part, they refused to refund me when it's clearly their mistake, they offered to refund me $5 when I paid over $23.

Please stay away from them.

Sent me stock that had been previously opened and then taped back up again.
Product didn't work.
When I contacted them they started playing games and going around in circles. Wanted me to make youtube videos to show them what the issues was so they could 'fix' it. I didn't want it 'fixed' I wanted the brand new product that I paid for.
When I kept pushing they offered me discount - what is the point of a discount on a broken product?
Then they finally said I could return it at my own cost and they would 'evaluate' it when they got it and decide to give me a refund - such a scam.
The return address they have given me is incomplete so will never make it back.
Such a big scam. Do not order from these people!

I was cheated out of my money by Tomtop. I was sent a wrong item, which I immediately reported to Paypal. I sent the item to the address provided by Paypal. Unfortunately, Tomtop left a false address with Paypal. The item was sent back to me weeks later. After consulting with Tomtop support, I resend the item to the correct address - by then I had already paid a total of over €125 in return shipping costs. Although I was promised a refund of €499.19 several times, I have not seen any of my money to date. Paypal had closed the case because it had taken too long. Now I have neither the goods nor my money - beware of this scam shop! I ordered a product almost a year ago. As I enquired about not having received it, I was told there were issues with covid. A few months later, having not heard about Tomtop, I contacted them again. They said that their supplier had raised the price, so they would send me the item I had ordered if I paid for an additional amount. I think this type of practice is totally dishonest.

I am now struggling to get a refund from tomtop. They have been saying it's coming... and will not offer a date. Stay away from TOMTOP

TomTop has a supremely annoying & I think immoral & illegal practice, after a sale has been made [i.e. After an item has been ordered & paid for but not yet dispatched], of emailing the customer to ask for $5 or $8 more for the item - if the customer does not pay the additional money the order is cancelled & the original price refunded

I purchase several item from this company, good prices, over 400 dollars down the drain. JUNK JUNK. I purchase BT Intelligent Dual Power Controller 80A and the first one work, price162.00 was less than 100 dollars from any other seller, the first unit worked and order one more, less than a month latter started smoking, and several other items I order either missing parts or not working. Pay a few dollars more and buy local if there is problems you can return it. They offer money for good reviews. I am stating the truth my experience and not happy at all. To be honest every time I buy anything from China I have issues, not just this seller but many others also. NO MORE

Prices are good fast shipping, but you get what you pay for, my personal experiance are very bad with Chinese sellers, not just this one but others. I seen the price on a dollar controlers 100 dollars less and order them, even this I told myself no more buying from China. Well I finally learn.

Only a volt meter and a wireless smart gateway, the solar power items almost had a fire on one after using it for 2 weeks, the other never been use it.

Received a defective phone with a usb port that will not securely/connect to usb cable port and easily disconnects with the slightest touch. The customer service is disgustingly horrible and they to convince you to accept a cheap 25 dollar refund on a 479 dollar cell phone. Good thing I went through a 3rd party payment center that will help me receive a replacement or refund.

They refused to replace item and is not what they offered me in the beginning of my numerous requests to ship advanced replacement.

Bought a 3D printer which was never delivered. TomTop points to DHL for delivery, DHL points to TomTop.

Conclusion: Money gone and no 3D Printer.

Bought a Xiaomi Lucky Bag from tomtop, 90% off from 90$ original price. What arrived was a couple of pens and a nailclipper, worth 13$ if you buy the items. So I can only conclude that they sure are scamming their customers. I complained that the lucky bag should have been one that really had at least 90$ worth of stuff in it, because thats how discounts should work, but all they offered me is 1$ returned.

Tomtop are a very dodgy organisation, do not buy from them. I purchase a battery operated mini chainsaw which came with the advertised two batteries but one is faulty. I had it checked out and reported back to them and asked for a replacement. They strung me along by keeping asking for a video of the problem, crazy it is a faulty battery. In the end they offered me $5 to go and get it repaired which by the way is impossible but even if it were would cost me more than the whole tool. They are in contravention of our Consumer sale of goods act. Again a very dodgy crowd, stay away.

Basically took them 8 months to admit that the carrier lost my package and they are not doing anything about it. Terrible customer service, avoid at all costs!

EDIT: After posting many reviews in different websites the issue got sorted straight away (why couldn't this be done in the first place?) So my recommendation is if you a have a problem with them, publish everywhere!

If you have been scammed by this company with fake, used products and then scammed again when trying to get a refund, we must leave reviews, because they are luring in people to leave fake reviews to give them a better rating. Make sure to leave a rating if you have also been scammed! They need to be stopped!

Purchased a portable ac unit from them and three weeks went by and didnt get any notifications of shipping. Emailed them and they said it was a bad batch so it was taking longer, ok, well waited three weeks more and finally got a tracking number. Tracking number was not able to be found on the site I was given and figured I would be out my money anyway. Finally showed up and the box was missing pieces. I emailed them and they kept giving me the run around finally saying (a week and a half later) that they would forward my concern to the right department... but I had to email them back in 48 hours to discuss!? What the crap. Still not resolved.

Awful service. I've waiting for over 4 months. It sells bad productsmine is defective, doesnt workmissing a part. Same with my daughter and a few other people who used this company. No refund offered even that I 've demanded it. We've sent them numerous videos and photosproving the defect of the product, but here is the email I got today from them: "Sorry for the trouble. The piece has not arrived at our warehouse. We will ask our supplier again for a toothpaste capsule.
Would you please wait a while? Best Regards"
The worse part that I'tired to leave a negative review of the product and service on their websitebut... it turned out to be impossible. Be careful... They are bad and tricky!
