I filled out some information online and a very polite guy called me asking for payment information upfront for my now not "free" trial. Ridiculous. Don't believe it.
I selected TollFreeForwarding because I need a company that could port an existing line. I would like some features like not having to log into my account to listen to messages and having messages transcribed to my phone. Other than that the service fits my business needs.
This is a good alternative to conventional methods for obtaining a toll free number in a pinch. The technical support is amazing. However, the technology created some minor issues with one of our international markets. The team at TollFreeForwarding was super, but we had to compromise on the solution. Over all, it has been a good experience.
The system itself looks good, simple and not expensive but, I had no chance to use it.
My only dislike is so far that unknown numbers keep calling me and if I wouldn't be careful enough I answered the calls for my financial disadvantage...
Toll free forwarding is good but complicated in setting up voicemail etc. I have not been able to setup after going through all tutorials as well.
Secondl one cannot see the incoming call phone number. It only shows my own number as incoming so one has to take all calls without identity.

I really can't express my past frustration with obtaining international service. Once I found out about tollfreeforwarding all my past worries on how to provide international toll free went away. They have been able to provide service to all countries I needed and with the addition of being able to do IVR recording it just made it more convenient. Anytime I have had a need Steve Adkins has delivered in a timely fashion.

Am very happy with the service with all calls being forwarded getting to me, no hidden costs, being billed promptly, noconstant calls trying to get me to sign up for a more expensive plan like some telcos do
