Absolute BS. I bought 10 things over a week - none had arrived during that period or I would have stopped. The P8 New release mobile phone - was a second hand tiny pieve of plastic drivel, different in picture, keys, format, camera quality, screen size, it was a 2015 used phone! They gave me £5.18 to return it to china! It had to be tracked so i had to pay an extra £10. It needed to be posted back by 25th Dec - I posted it 21st and enetred the tracking number... you then have to rely on the lying thief who listed the item to say its been posted (even though i enter the tracking number!?) - the seller on 25th said "No" and refund was refused - even though I have proof its been sent and currently in transit - top hatter dont want to know - so i have no phone, no money and ive paid out to return and theyve closed it on the say so of a chinese scammer. The quality contoured memory foam neck pillow - completely different from the photo - tiny piece of felt which had small polystyrene balls in it - no contour, no memory foam and just sinks if you put your head in it no support. Tophatter - not interested. 6ft white flocked christmas tree - what arrived a 10" piece of green plastic with half a dozen plastic stems to fold down - Tophatter - not bothered. String of curtain fairy lights, shown as a 3m string with about 15 drops of lights making the curtain effect - with a remote control to change the colours - what arrived (after 40 minutes of unravelling a manglied lump) was one 5m string of lights no drops, no remote. Tophatter - havent replied. Hearing aid for my nan comes with 3 batteries and buds - what arrived a piece of plastic wont fit in mine or her ear, no buds, no batteries - will i return it and pay postage - no chance as i havent got the money back from other returns. CBD Gummies never arrived - says I can ask for a refund - now it says that I have to wait untl the end of february - cant speak to anyone - tracking is non existent - says its coming from the USA its been over a month and the tracking doesnt even show it leaving the USA - Tophatter - not bothered auto update and i cant contact them. Mini drill/rotary grinder with 105 attachments including drill / sanding blocks/ bits- what arrived a tatty bag with about a dozen small tubes of sand paper (about 1cm x 3cm) no bits, no drill. Messaged / emailed - no response. Tophatter - not bothered. 31 piece scrubbing brush drill attachment set - what arrived... 3 brushes! The ONE AND ONLY THING that was ok was some ear pods - they arrived, they are OK, they wont connect for taking calls on my phone though only listening to music - and those are currently marked as "in transit" FFS This site is a scam - its trashy sellers selling fakes and lying in adverts. Ive read reviews on trustpilot of people being phones, christmas trees, toys and just receiving a PICTURE of the item. Utter scummy scam dogs and tophatter who probably take a cut care nothing about the buyer at all. No-one answers your emails you are just left without items, without functioning items, with items that are nothing as described and no money. I wish i had read reviews before I bought as the phone, christmas tree and lights all had similar reviews they had received the same rubbish I eventually did. You try and contact these shysters and you get nothing - no reply - nothing - they then block you from asking for a refund if you email them. Its ludicrous.
