I was able to get the phone that I wanted at a good price and they gave me a god service. I didn't take long for them to have it delivered and that made me glad. They deserve to be given a thumbs up.

I ordered basic Nokia mobiles, out of 3 mobile 1 is working fine, another one display started showing black lines in 2 days. In other mobile network, calls doesn't work. They denied replacement even when these products are faulty, quoting 3 day limitation

Never every buy anything here. You will waste your money. Togofogo is there only to sell faulty products.

I purchased a refurbished NOKIA 5233 from togofogo. I received a phone looking like the said model. But in real it is fully duplicate chines mobile. It is totally unworthy due to there is no option for disabling "Data Connectivity." Consequently all balance of our SIM Card is consumed even when we don't want to connect our data connection. To purchase this item means totally waste of money.

Friends trust me this company is big fraud, i bought a refurbished mobile for 9000rs and the mobile is not even working. Their customer service will not pickup phone and will not reply to your email the promise 1 year warranty but how you will claim warranty when noone is picking the phone or noone is replying to email. Cheaters and scammers.

My experience with togofogo is good because almost i bought 2 mobiles with accessories. One is brand new which i bought end of the last month and other one i bought in Feb month is unboxed in good condition and still i'm using. Due to office work i have to buy another but there was no issue in mobiles.
I suggest others too if they want to buy a new phone either second hand or brand new then must go with togofogo once and experience personally so that you get the trustable online site.

My experience with Togofogo is not so bad because I bought brand new category mobile of Gionee company at togofogo website. I got it in 2 days and at lowest cost. After starting using the mobile I found some little issues like Battery drainage and problems in charger. So, I complained about this and they gave me reference number and said that it will be replaced within 7 working days. This was true that they replaced by battery and charger within 5 days and I am happy to use this Smartphone as this is now running well.

I ordered a Redmi 2 during the month of december, they did not deliver it and cancelled it without any information. Then their ceo Soumit Gupta send a sorrly email. Again I ordered one galaxy sdous 2 which was deleivered after 25 days ( still can not believe it). The phone is of low quality and i ordered white colour and they gave me blue. The panel looks like some chinese stuff purchased from local market. Now i saw a review that they have hired some Fraudster to run company.
Pls do not buy from them.
