I initially signed up for TogetherWeServed two years ago and was automatically placed on an annual renewal plan. Since that time, I have not received any emails, updates, or communication from the site—not even a reminder about the upcoming renewal. On April 21,2025, I noticed a charge on my credit card and contacted their support team within hours to cancel and request a refund. I assumed, reasonably, that a same-day request would be accommodated. Unfortunately, they refused, citing their rigid "no refund under any circumstances" policy. There was absolutely no grace period, no notification in advance, and no willingness to work with me—even though I acted immediately upon seeing the charge. This kind of customer-unfriendly policy and lack of transparency should be a warning to others. If you're considering using this site, read the fine print carefully. Once they have your money, you won't get it back—no matter how prompt or reasonable your request.
If you don't find what you need the day you sign up, cancel immediately! It does not get any better.
