I purchased a pink dress…with sleeves…. And I love it…. So many compliments, not that it should matter but, I did! The styling of the clothes is remarkable and fresh…. As well as stunning! I love this company!
I do have a 'however'…. I'm in my early seventies…. So sleeves are required and those outstanding dresses that are short don't include me! Could you add some yardage? If so, I'd be spending my lunch money at Tuckernuck!
The dress looked like it had been wadded up in a box for a while before I ordered it. I didn't even try it on. I didn't want to have to pay to have it steam pressed before even wearing it.
I ordered 2 Piper Ponchos to compare the colors, decided to keep the Slate Blue and return the Tan. The funnel neck is slimmer on than it looks and the length is also a bit shorter, fine for me (5'8"), but might be a touch too short for tall gals. It would be nice if there was a free return option for folks who don't have access to a printer, I had to pay to send the Tan one back. $14…..

I ordered this because it looked fabulous online when I received it it was severely wrinkled and and it's hard to earn the material is not that great and it cost over $100 I just never spend that much money on a good dress and this wasn't a good dress that sucks

I am trying to return a dress because it doesn't look good on me. The website says it is ineligible for return with no reason. I know you have to make returns within 30 days and the dress was shipped to me 20 days ago. I don't understand the problem and there is NO phone number to call for help. Previously I have ordered Tuckernuck often with no problem.
The merchandise was good quality, however did not fit correctly. But my complaint is that I returned the item over 2 weeks ago and it still says that Tuckernuck has not received the package? I think that when a return is made it should be processed as quickly as when a purchase is made. My credit card is charged immediately, however I have to wait weeks or months for my refund? Doesn't seem like very good customer service.
This was the first time I'd ordered anything from Tuckernuck and I was completely satisfied. I ordered 7 or 8 items thinking I'd send back anything I didn't love. I ended up keeping everything.

The colorof the dress I purchased was described as sea waves. The color was green and black, making it more like forest waves. I was expecting more of an aqua or teal color. Disappointing!

I ordered 2 identical shirts, one white, one black, both size M. The black one is a M, the white one is M/L. It is way too large and I was not contacted about the size change! I will be returning it. The fabric is nice, washed well, did not shrink! Great top! Don't change sizes ordered without consulting the customer!
