I have been buying from TMART for about 9 months now and I have to say I find them great, every thing I bought was as described. One item was broken on arrival I emailed customer service and reported it as broken on arrival, they refunded me the full amount without me even asking for a refund or asking me to return the product. Yes they send you emails of the latest deals and I look forward to receiving them, it is how they do their business, buy with confidence, Michael.

The advertized 15,000 lumen headlights in a head set and advertise rechargable by they show up with not batteries, and the battery well looks like a custom space, not your usual AA etc. There are no instructions or contact info or anything so who do I ask about batteries? EVen what kind? How can I help but give them a 1? Even their webiste seems suspended and this they should clear up if they are legitimate

I am disgusted with tmart. They sent my order late, and then it is FEDEX SMARTPOST, which switches it to USPS on the last day instead of delivering it to me on the last day in this area. It's in local post office likely sometime tonight. But closed on MLK day, Monday. I don't like Fedex anyway, they are terrible when going there to ship something, they have delivered packages for me to someone 1.5 miles away. And to my neighbor next door! They SUCK. Now, I'm done with TMART, Unsubscribed to all emails. I ordered this 1/9/19, not due until 1/22/19, and coming from a warehouse in USA. But on east coast. Sending by ground across USA.

Whatever you buy from this website they are cheap but quality is super duper bad. Some of item that you buy don't support electrically even though they say 120v. And then ask too much information on broken/damage/faulty stuff when you ask for refund or exchange. Better experience with Dino-Direct for return policy.

The site (and the specific item) state the product would arrive in 2-7 days via USPS and after almost two weeks it still hasn't arrived and I was told it would take another week. The customer service rep didn't speak English very well and even over typing I couldn't understand what she was saying. Overall very disappointed and won't be using this site again

I ordered a tablet from them and was sent a Barby pink one as a 62year old male it did not really suit me, they did offer to put it right. I have since ordered a cheap tab cover but was stupid enough not to ask where it was coming from I was told Hong Kong and can take up to 45days so if you order ask if it comes from a UK warehouse or not I am, still waiting 3 weeks later.Not easy to contact either unless you stay up all night.

When they ship products, they are ok. Sometimes they don't ship, don't tell you why but tell you the items will ship in 2-3 days, for THREE MONTHS!.

Tip for consumers:
Don't expect your item to show up any time. Expect 2-3 months, if they deliver early, be happy.

Trying to return ANYTHING is impossible but if you do get your order, the prices are great. Be forewarned you get what you pay for so if you are looking for quality, look elsewhere. If you are looking for cheap, this is the place.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & SLOW SHIPPING

I ordered an item with description: Touch Screen Digitizer Replacement with Tools Kit + Adhesive for iPhone 4S White SKU: BD*******

CUSTOMER SERVICE
I received screen with no digitizer.
Talking with customer service rep Joyce (screen name sweetie) via live messenger chat, she promptly says "Sorry, you order wrong item. Digitizer is not included. You should have ordered..."
Upon request for RMA i was told i would need to pay for return shipping since incorrect order is my fault.
When i respectfully disagreed and requested an explanation in product description where it mentions digitizer is not included, Joyce/sweetie stopped all communication.

SHIPPING
When i mentioned i had not yet received part of the order i was told "shipment is coming from Hong Kong, please wait minimum 20 days". In todays day, down electronics must wait 20 days for order to arrive? Really?

Items that have been received correctly have been of good quality and worked correctly.

Try not to. Theyre difficult to work with and not customer friendly.

Don't advertuse 24 hour shipping, then say 48 hours, then nothing afterwads. If I had on known it was going to take this long I would have just paid a bit more, and had a real tracking number sent to me to follow correctly. This is insane. I expected to recieve my belngings a few days ago. I am very disappointed.

I received a part of my order today (just a bunch of iPhone cases lol) and realized that one of the cases was the wrong colour. I'm not a hot pink kind of girl soooo the colour I received was nothing short of appalling.

I checked their website to report the problem, but the Express Service Centre would not let me submit anything. So great. Hot pink it is.

I guess you get what you pay for.

Trying to give an objective, balanced, experienced based review, here.

Tmart sometimes has excellent buys; but you never really know what you are going to get, until you receive it. This includes repeat orders for the same item over time.

I and very close associates have dealt with Tmart for several years making numerous purchases with mixed results for overall satisfaction for both the products received and subsequent customer service. All of us are well experienced in dealing with Asian suppliers. We have usually been able to successfully handle any customer service matters with them, even though our communications are often via computer software translation.

Tmart seems to have a US warehouse in NJ, and an office in Brooklyn, NY, and an office (or apartment) in a very crowded part of mixed retail/residential Hong Kong, China. None of the Google Earth images of its physical addresses indicate the large, modern stocking retailer portrayed in its attractive web ads. Tmart often seems to be mostly a brokering, order taking/drop shipping operation. This may account for many product quality problems, where what one receives does not meet the specifications described in the ad that was ordered from.

Tmart seems to do business under several other names that (working from my memory) include names like (or similar to) N&K Trading, Yall Inc, Laptop Computer Parts Store, and possibly others. {Do some Internet business research for yourself.}

Our buying and customer service experiences have varied greatly over several years time. Late last Summer our unsatisfactory experiences reached a level that caused us to mostly stop ordering from this seller. The actual problems often seem to lie with Tmart's suppliers; but any merchant is responsible for what it advertises and sells.

It appears that few, if any Tmart persons, involved in interacting with customers read, write, speak, or understand USA English very well. This can make it very difficult for English only, USA customers (with limited cross cultural knowledge and experience) to have satisfactory customer service experiences.

We have had, over several years time, numerous instances of receiving broken or defective goods that obviously and provably have been previously sold and then returned to their NJ warehouse; then resold and shipped without being properly inspected to be both functional and in like new condition. Tmart has always satisfactorily resolved such problems when we complained with documented proof; but such problems simply should not happen in "mail order" type marketing. Returned goods (not identified and sold as such) should never be resold via "mail order"; but sold of in other ways.

Starting in likely the late Summer or early Fall of 2015, we received several obviously counterfeit goods of two well known USA Trademarked brands; as well as receiving goods whose component parts and specifications were significantly lower (about 50% lower) than what was advertised. These problems have caused us to drastically limit our buying from Tmart for the foreseeable future.

Customers who have to deal with any company's customer service department because the received goods are defective, counterfeit, or that are not even close to being as advertised; often cease to be customers.

Tip for consumers:
We advise: (1) not to place orders for very expensive or Trademarked items. (2) not to place individual orders for a large quantity of a single specific item; even if a previous smaller order was satisfactory. Manufacturers may change, and part or all of what you actually receive from a large order, may not be satisfactory.
(3) Paying only with PayPal ® , which should afford you some consumer protection if you encounter some of the worst problems complained about at this site.

I bought a phone (CUBOT CT72+). After checking it i discovered that the GPS reminded 3 times in description doesn't exists. In description is specified "GPS Yes, built in, also support A-GPS". Twice i left a review about but was not accepted (?). I spent 1hour and half in chat. After 25 minutes i was returned to the main page, after other 27 minutes i spent 30 minutes chating with a person having no idea that "BUILT IN" mean GPS hardware must be inside. This phone support only A-GPS (is not for navigation). I told him that in other sites as ebay is not GPS and at least the site must correct the description but nothing. If is not a fraud is inexact information but i didn't received for my money what i ordered and i really want to know why they don't correct the error and hide my reviews. It's this fair trading?
After months, but better later than never they finaly decided to refund 30% and to correct the site page. I have to recognize is a good point for this site and you can add to service rating some stars. Not only but they unhided my reviews.

Tip for consumers:
Before ordering check other sources and verify the offer. Maybe is cheap but if is not what you expect better to not buy. And a good site must have not only products and shipping but customer service and not robots without knowledge answering buyers.

I ordered a battery for my laptop. The part was located 1hr. Driving distance from my address. They sent it by FedEx and it took 4 days to arrive. FedEx handed it off the the USPS after holding it for 3 days. Unreal. I always have problems with FedEx delivery's. I need to remember to ask who's delivering before ordering.

I ordered 2 tattoo machines 1 8 coil wrap and 1 rotary and a tube of tattoo numbing cream. It was shipped out on the 13th of feb 2014 i live in orlando havent received my product yet mainly because of the weekend and monday the 17tg is presidents day. I purchased a self-powered 4 port hub. This hub was suppose to support 4 devices but in fact only supports 2 devices. When inserting a 3rd USB device one of the first two ( and sometimes both) would stop working and go offine. No matter what machine I used or how I used the hub, the product would not wok as advertised.

Bottom line is that the hub did not supply enough power to support 4 devices. When I contacted Tmart via there Live Support Chat, they basically told me to pound salt. They did not want to apply a refund as their 90 day refund policy indicates. Instead they tried to barter with me with Tmart points. They wanted to give me 250 points, worth $2.50. What the heck you going to do with that?

Since this was only 4 days after I received the item I figured I would not have a time problem. But they did not want to honor the refund, unless I paid for the return shipping charges back to China. The return policy is suppose to issue a RMA, a return merchandise authorization number, but Tmart would not give me one. Keep in mind I had a 10 minute (typing discussion) with them about the faulty product. They wanted me to take a video of the product and how it was being used. Who has time for that?. Tmart by far is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Probably because it is a China based company

The website is all written in bad Chinglsih. It's difficult to know exactly what you're getting. Fortunately I'm very good at figuring this stuff out usually can decipher product features etc.

Cheap Chinese junk. That's what's being sold here. However, knowing that, I still bought some VERY cheap items and they all worked satisfactorily... some high output flashlights, memory cards etc.

I did take a chance and buy a $162 head unit for the GPS function and the backup camera function. After installing found out the DVD / CD player did not work and would not eject a disk. Fine, I wrote them...

Here's where the nightmare began. If you've ever had to deal with the Chinese, they do not like to give back money. They will do exchange but only if YOU pay return shipping. It's taken me months sometimes to deal with people in China. These people are no different. Also, they dob't speak English even passably, so communications are almost impossible... either that, or they're playing "country dumb".

Regardless, I'm never buying from these people again. Cheap Chinese crap can be bought everywhere these days, and I can get mine from someplace else.

I've ordered twice from here. I was very disappointed that one of the items I ordered was misrepresented on the site. It, like the other items in my order, said that it shipped in 1-2 days and would arrive in 5-7. The other items did as such, but of them didn't arrive with the order I emailed to inquire. They said it was being shipped from Hong Kong and it would actually take 30 days. It should have been labeled like that on the site like the other products that are shipped from hong kong and not their US warehouse. Not shopping here again.

I had placed order four times and every time it was cancelled for some reason without informing me. I had bigger problem for my last order. Since I thought there might be some problem with credit card processing, I paid through Paypal. I thought to resolve the issue without involving Paypal and dealt with them directly without any outcome. They constantly said that my money was already refunded. I even ended up sending them my Paypal statement without any success. Finally I opened the case with Paypal and got my money back after about 20 days. Now, I do not look at that website and unsubscribed from their email list too.

(Update: Just got emails informing me that my orders could not be processed due to payment system maintenance. I think my purchase was refunded, so now I'm only annoyed at the morons who made it impossible for me to buy buckyballs from a website I trust. I added a star to my rating though because it seems a bit more fair now. I haven't tried buying anything else from the site. I may add another star after I verify that I got my money back.)

I ordered a few things a few weeks ago and they never shipped.
Now, the things I ordered may have been recalled in the US, so I would have completely understood if they could not be shipped (Isn't it hilarious that we can buy assault weapons, but magnetic desk toys are banned? Also, if you're dumb enough to give your small kid strong magnetic beads to play with, then the kid probably isn't safe anyway.)

I never got any email about the order except for the payment confirmation.
I tried to send a message to the customer support through the website, but it said the order number didn't exist. The order number that I copied from the payment confirmation email.

The shopping experience is generally good. Browsing the website and finding desired products is pretty quick and easy. I have generally had not problems finding and purchasing a products. The free shipping is also a plus for Tmart. However, is you receive defective or broken products, you will be stuck with them. You will not be able to return them for a refund or replacement. Tmart promised me an email with return label for returning defective products, but the email never came. So you are purchasing at the risk of giving up your money for a useless product.

About 2 month ago I got a torch with 2 defective batteries and requested to resend me 2 new serviceable ones instead.
The Tmart staff have been leading me by the nose for more than a month, inventing all sorts of strange reasons, up to the obvious lie that they do not send batteries to customers allegedly because of Prohibition of the Airmail Service, while the site promoted them (the same as it does today), and when I proved it, its representatives themselves confirmed it in the online chat, thus admitting their fraud.
This is my first order on this site, which was unsuccessful...
It is obvious that they absolutely do not appreciate their prestige.
I am very disappointed, and I cant recommend Tmart to anyone!

I was shopping around for a Walkera V120D02S, found all the best deals, and while tmart wasn't the best deal ($229.99), but they were offering 24 hour shipping from a US Warehouse, so I thought perfect! Worth the extra $15... (Amain.com had the next best deal).

I ordered it on February 27th, and here I am on March 5th and it still hasn't been picked up by the shipping carrier, hell I didn't even get my tracking number until yesterday.

The first time I contacted their Live Support (3 days after purchase) they said there was a problem with my payment, despite their own website saying the payment had been successfully processed, and Paypal verifying that. They wanted me to send a picture of my credit card to confirm, NO FKN WAY.

Finally they were convinced I had paid for the item and blamed it on a "computer delay" and they said my item would ship that day... The next day I check and surprise surprise it's still not shipped, I enter Live Support once again, this time I am told it will ship within 12 hours (it was 7PM at the time) and I specifically asked if they meant by 7AM EDT and they said yes. Woke up the next day and checked (it was 7:45AM) and still not shipped! This time I'm livid, I contact Live Support again and this time they give me a tracking number with zero explanation on why my order has been delayed so long. I have had the tracking number for over 30 hours and still it hasn't been picked up by the shipper (FedEx).

Terrible shipping service... It's like they don't even care... At least Banggood ships within 24 hours!

Tip for consumers:
Don't expect lighting fast shipping from this business, it's hit or miss, and don't think that big purchase items (> $100) will get any special treatment. I ordered a $98 helicopter, shipped in two days, then ordered a $230 helicopter, a week later it still hasn't "shipped".

I placed an order a week or so ago and they said they would notify my via email when it was being sent usps. I had to check on their site and it said that it had been shipped but the number that they gave to track does not work I pray I get the 2 orders. I think that is is risky to trust this site even if it seems like such a great deal!

Am from Bangalore, Karnataka. I had ordered tiara crown on july 5th 2014 in Tmart. But the item was delivered to me on sep 10th 2014. It took more than 60 days to get the order. But quality of item was good.

In order for a site to sell vintage items in this case pottery the person describing the item must not leave out important facts... that are important to buyers... then to debate a customer service agent. Is not only unprofessional it results in lost customers. I will stick to ebay where they back up both the buyer and seller. Right now EBTHIS an amateur...
