I've always purchased from Tirerack. The extensive reviews by users, ratings, and ability to search by Vehicle make and model are amazing. This helps immensely with my decision making. The UI is very intuitive and easy to navigate, though I wish you had a "Save For Later" button or checkbox next to each tire when the search results are listed. I had to go into each click on each tire and Save For Later on that page.
I absolutely hate the changes you've made to your website since last time I've ordered. For years, it was really easy to just shop by size and have the results in order by price. It doesn't work like that now. It was complicated, a little confusing and just took longer... and this Gen-Xer doesn't like anything making it harder than it used to be. What you had worked. Also, the little window advertising 1.5% off my order popping up seemingly every click at checkout is super annoying.
Excellent website but there is an issue with selecting Pep Boys online. I chose a date and time ( 10:45 am) and received a confirmation email from Pep Boys. Upon calling them to confirm the appt they told me they did not have it and that they do not n schedule on the quarter of the hour. Fortunately the guys at Pep Boys were awesome and we worked around it. I showed them the email I was sent ( it was even personalized with my name and they could not understand it..
Price. Ability to deep dive on the products I was interested in.
I gave them a try 2 weeks ago and their prices were simply great. However the tires arrived to the installer 24 hours late compared to what the website was stating and I this had to return them. Customer service was very accommodating and accepted an in between solution so to limit my return fees. That was fair from their part and I would recommend this business same as I would use them again when needed.

Tried to schedule tire rack mobile installation however it would not display the cost. Received tires within 2 days. Got them installed locally and they look awesome. Drive so much better than the crappy stock tires. Highly recommend the Falken wild peak trail for newer Jeep grand Cherokee L.

After looking at reviews and speaking with friends I decided on the Falken.
Tried to schedule tire rack mobile installation however it would not display the cost so now I have to have tires delivered directly to me and figure out the installation separately

Second time using this online tire shop and their nationwide network of affiliated installation shops. Second time to enjoy a no fuss purchase experience, quick delivery and professional, good value service from the local installation shop. This time they shaved the one tire I needed to match the tread depth of the existing tire on the same AWD axle. That cost $30 and saved me $$$ NOT buying a second tire. Great company.

The experience was amazing. I ordered two rear tires for my wifes BMW Z3. We had put four of the same tires three years prior but it was time to replace rears. Common on some bimmers. Great tires. Riken Raptors. Great service Firestone. Easy order. All online! Delivered right to installer and even set install appointment theough Tire Rack!
By the way, I made original purchase of these tires with Tire Rack too. They had all the info about that purchase so I was sure I was getting right matching tires. Awesome!

Website is super easy to use. Found the perfect set of rims within 15 minutes, after searching other sites for hours. I wish I had looked at Tire Rack first! Loved being able to see the rims on my virtual car. Rims and tires came mounted, packed well, and in perfect condition. Price was excellent. Service is fast and easy, you don't have to jump through hoops to get to a real person. They also verified information with my and provided updates along the way.
Had to call to reprocess my order after my credit card company flagged for fraud. Customer service rep had everything taken care of within seconds. So nice and helpful!

It was part of the process saying to choose where you would like to ship the tires and asking for an address. Right below that it was asking for the billing address at the same time. It's easy to give 5 stars. My friend referred me to Tire Rack several years ago and I have not been disappointed ever. Their website is easy to navigate, get educated, and order a quality tire for a good price. They can ship the tires to your service station or your home. They usually ship the next day. Lastly, I love the hazard protection that is included with the tire. I have shopped other companies and always come back to Tire Rack. They are a superb company!

These Pirelli P7's replace the OEM Dunlop Sport MAXX RT's that came on our 2016 WRX. We live in Oregon, so wet performance is most important in my tire choice. We have a separate set of snow tires, so that is not as important in our decision. I used your tire ratings chart to narrow down my choices to either the Bridgestone Turanza QuietTrack's or the Pirelli P7's. Then I listened to & read your extensive "Testing Grand Touring All-Season 2020" results to make my final choice. I so appreciate all the information you make available to us!

Tireracks website is very easy to navigate and find the tires/wheels your looking for! From being able to see a demo of any wheels on your own car & being able to see honest reviews on their items, they surely earned me return customer of theirs. The incredibly fast free shippin, they provide, blows my mind sometimes! One day delivery on a whole 4 set of wheels! Came so early during the day, that it was already on my doorstep by the time i woke up!

Identifying the proper tire size for my vehicle was very easy. The tire suggestions made after answering some questions online gave really good advise that did not necessarily break the bank. After doing some more research, I chose the best option for me and confirmed that I saved some money compared to what my local trusty mechanic offered.
Tires got to me the very next day! They were appropriately labeled and packaged.
Only questionable thing was the ‘anti-aging', storage, protective layer on the tires was coming off once I got my hands on these. Not sure when this occurred but the rubber looks like new so not worried about it.
Overall a great experience. Will see how the tires hold up.

I sent my tires to my normal installer. There's one problem. They're actually closed temporarily and I didn't discover this until a delivery attempt was made. I contacted other installers in the area to understand my options then chatted with Tirerack's support. I also sent an email just in case. They worked quickly and were able to intercept and redirect the tires to another location. Always have had a great experience with Tirerack. Thanks!
