I've always purchased from Tirerack. The extensive reviews by users, ratings, and ability to search by Vehicle make and model are amazing. This helps immensely with my decision making. The UI is very intuitive and easy to navigate, though I wish you had a "Save For Later" button or checkbox next to each tire when the search results are listed. I had to go into each click on each tire and Save For Later on that page.
I absolutely hate the changes you've made to your website since last time I've ordered. For years, it was really easy to just shop by size and have the results in order by price. It doesn't work like that now. It was complicated, a little confusing and just took longer... and this Gen-Xer doesn't like anything making it harder than it used to be. What you had worked. Also, the little window advertising 1.5% off my order popping up seemingly every click at checkout is super annoying.
Ongoing harassment by employee * and she is now using other employees. They were asked to no longer contact me and have failed to do so. Company scammed me of tires I never received and money. Failed to do the right thing and fix it. Instead has been nothing but unprofessional with allegations that are false and constant harassment. Beware of company and their employees

Ordered a set of H&R Lowering Springs and received a set for a different car. Unfortunately box doesn't come with vehicle info so I found out as they were being installed. Now customer service tells me that they cannot take them back that I should sell them myself and then buy the correct ones. Will never purchase from tire rack again. $232 down the drain.

Tire Rack refused to honor road hazard claim for being 2 days late even though damage event happened in period. Christmas travel prevented reporting it when it happened. Terrible service. Tried to switch me over to sales for new tires after rejecting claim. From now on, I'll buy local with somebody that values relationships.

First of all, I am an actual customer I am giving my order number below
After placing the order in November number of excuses were given by Tirerack to delay the delivery. Finally, it was delivered on January 18. I chose a recommended installer who was an hour's drive from my place to get it installed. Since after installing these tires, the low-pressure indicator is always on. After checking the pressure refilling from many places I contacted Tire rack customer service again. However, instead of helping they suggested taking it to the dealer and absorbing the cost of the defective tires which they sent. They do not back up their products and slide additional charges to customers. Very sleazy practices, the worst experience ever. Please do not fall for their marginally lower sticker charge because you may end up with a whole lot of headache and money to make it right. I will go for a local garage or mechanic in the future. Stay away from scams.

Really, tirerack.com is just one of many new online retailers that feed on people who don't know the market prices of the product they are searching for. Tirerack.com has tons of low quality tires heavily marked up to dealership prices and you aren't even paying for the installation, which at least the dealerships include! Just avoid tirerack.com altogether. The prices are 50% - 200% higher than what you can find at tire service centers. Just an altogether rip-off.

I been buying from tirerack for a minute now and my last experience was terrible one of the tires was bad creating vibrations in my car and they just don't care about it. They say my claim of replacing this tire doesn't proceed cause their warranty doesn't cover this factory issues. Take your business to someone else before this happens to you...

I hit a pothole and tired was damaged beyond repair but within the 2 year period. I purchased a new tire from tirerack and had it installed by a local tire shop. I provided the receipt and after two months they reject my claim and not reimbursing me as they said they would. They scam you with their warranty guarantee and find a way to not pay. I will take my business elsewhere.

I purchased a tire here and did not realize buying a tire wouldn't be enough and there would be more costs and more days without a car from having to buy a wheel and get it installed. This was frustrating, but my main complaint comes from their customer service. I left my thoughts on a customer survey and received a very rude and condescending email back stating my problems were my own fault, when THEY are the ones who asked for my thoughts with the survey only to be met with the rudest response. I have since looked online and have found three other reviews stating the exact thing that they are which is: MISLEADING. There are so many aspects to how this website works and takes your money without describing the clear intentions or what product you are really getting. Disappointed

I bought 4 Pirelli PZ4 with 2 day shipping. They gave me 3 tracking numbers? 1 for my front tires, 1 for a single rear, and another for a single rear. I get 3 of the four tires within the 2 days. Why is the 4th not with the rest? Why would you send 3 packages for 1 set of tires? Now my missing tire is stuck in Texas and I'm going to have to wait 3 or 4 more days for it to arrive. Very inconvenient Tire Rack. Seems like your shipping department is a mess.

I ordered my tires and opted to pick them up at the DC. After getting my alert that they were ready I arrived at the DC and called per the instructions. I waited a bit. I saw someone come out on a walkie rider. He came out unloaded the tires onto the pavement and left. Not bothering to ask whether I wanted them loaded in the hatch or anything. The pandemic is a great excuse for subpar service. Thanks!

History of satisfaction with product and choice.
I purchased $1,100 in tires.They were left at the bottom of the driveway which is about 600 ft long after dark! There is no reason they could not have driven up the driveway as someone was there all day waiting for them. The tires were then stolen and now are refusing to do anything about it other than make me jump through hoops! I highly warn anyone who purchases from these guys, they will steal from you if they get the chance. I want anybody that buys her that these people are complete douchebags. Anyone that would steal from people do not deserve to be in business!

I attempted to place my order online, but was unable to finalize it. When I hit "Place Order" the page just recycled back to the same page. When I called customer service I was connected with a woman who was rude, did not listen and basically was in the wrong job position for her. She should not be anywhere near a phone where she can talk to a customer, as she has no interpersonal skills at all, which is a core competency for a customer service representative. I will seek another provider for my needs next time around.

Avoid this company at all costs. First, they delivered the wrong wheels to me, then they claimed the wheels they picked back up the day after were damaged and didn't refund me. And then, they send the new ones to my personal address instead of my mechanic, even though I called twice to make sure they had the address of my mechanic. A complete waste of time and money... Avoid, avoid and avoid some more.

I have nothing but trouble with Tire Rack's web site not loading properly. Could not search by size or vehicle, had to "trick it"by back door in from search by brand or type or review Trying to order had the same kind of problems with web site locking up and being unable to complete the on line order, Sales staff was helpful, order fulfillment very prompt, tire was delivered the day you promised, UPS tracking did not have a clue when it was going to be delivered.
They sent me a web link to the tire I requested, but on line order process did not work. If I was the sales staff I would be very frustrated.
Because I really wanted this tire, and it was not available elsewhere.
Was buying for use as a full size spare.
1) Don't like OEM tires, essentially choose if I needed all new tires
1a) My priories being traction on wet, roads, and ice.
2) Wanted an Extra Load LR106, with the hope that it might not leak down as fast as all of these light weight new tires do.
2a) Very few Extra Load tires in this size that were not directional tread, no good for spare,

I ordered tires from tire rack unfortunately I had to have them returned and refunded. If you ever have to go through the refund process God have mercy on your soul. After nearly a month I still haven't gotten my refund and employees and management seem not to care about how horrible the process has been. I would never order with them and I encourage you all to find somewhere else. FYI they make you put a star rating if I had the option it'd be negative zero.

I ordered 4 tires online that showed to be in "stock" on Monday. When I called on Wednesday to inquire, I was told by Albert that they would be shipping on Friday when they get to the warehouse. When I asked to cancel the order, his attitude changed and he became very short with me and could not get off the phone quick enough. Very negative attitude. I then called our local Discount Tire store and they will have the tires here later today and can install them tomorrow. I'm done with Tire Rack!
Bought 4 bf goodrich g-force tires. Had them shipped to installer. Have installer put them on. Come out to car and see the tires look dried out, gray and seemed weathered. Took pictures and called customer service. Rep says best they can do is $50 refund. Initiate dispute with credit card company. Rep calls back and says they will refund cost of tire if i get another set installed and send back old. Told i would not get back install money. Ordered replacement tires and have not seen those yet

I attempted to order 2 needed tires from TireRack.com. Apparently I entered my CC info incorrectly and instead of notifying me at point of sale or via email they just held the order in "Verifying Credit Card Info" status. I attempted to call the phone number listed on the tracking page of their site and the phone number just hung up on me repeatedly. Could not update my CC info on the website directly so I cancelled the order and ordered them somewhere else. Sad, Sad Customer Service in my Opinion.

Wires were delivered to a Tire shop without my consent about 55 minutes away. So on a Friday afternoon it took me 2 hours RT to get my tires. I bought tires from TireRack before and this is my first time experiencing this. I also read that the Tire shop would charge $100 to install the 2 tires. Maybe there is a business relationship going on - I don't know. But it's a real hassle. I'd just drop off my car to Marvis next time and it's done.
I thought I could save that $20 bucks.

Purchased a Winter/Wheel combo for my vehicle. On the very first test drive, I noticed vibration issues. Had the tires balanced locally and they noted three of the tires were above their normal Road Force limit and that the included hubcentric rings were very poorly fitted. This was done out of pocket.
Tire Rack would only send new hubcentric rings and would not do anything for the high road force measurement unless I provided actual numbers. So I had it balanced again and provided those numbers (again, out of pocket).
Tire Rack then shipped replacement Tires only. This did not resolve the issue and some of the remaining tires still had very high road force balance numbers (third time out of pocket).
Tire Rack indicated that they now needed detailed rim runout measurements to progress further, something that I presumably would need to complete out of pocket once again.
The above experience is unacceptable.

Called tire rack to get tires for my wife birthday, they assured they would be a exact replacement for my factory wheels, tried to put them on last Wed. I can get two lugs to line up out of five wrong, wrong wrong wheels. Now tire rack wants me to pay for shipping and restocking fee because of their mistake, SHAME ON TIRE RACK OWN YOUR MISTAKES. I will be contacting Indiana state attorney General Monday.and will be going on all reviews and telling people the truth about tire rack and how they treat seniors.
