I had a small issue with my Black 2003 Jeep Wrangler about three weeks ago. I took my jeep in to that particular location. HEATHER at the front desk, and DEMETRIUS the mechanic were absolutely great... Immediately they took my Jeep on the lift and checked my concern. DEMETRIUS showed me that everything was done properly the first time I took them the jeep 3 days before! I highly recommend Heather and Demetrius. Great customer service.

“Quotation is a fake”

I received a write quotation from Tire Kingdom, and when I went to complete the order, the front desk employee named Jesus, said that tires are no longer in special, and the "quotation" doesn't have any value. We can't trust them.

I stopped using Tire Kingdom (TC) years ago, due to constant issues surrounding their work and appointment management, to where I had to start marking my tire to make sure they actually rotated them, as well as making sure valve stem caps and oil filler cap were replaced. Once they even forgot to replace two lug nuts and then couldn't find them! Fast forward 5+ years and I'm in the market for a new set of Michelin's, and it turns out TC has a sale that will theoretically save me $300. That all ended the day of install, when even though I was the first (and only) customer at 8am for tires and an alignment. It took them 2 hours just to finish my tires, and in the meantime decided to use the alignment rack to change the wheels and tires on a truck. After another hour of sitting around, the truck was still on the alignment rack, because they had the wrong lug nuts. Why not test that before you pull off all the wheels? And why tie up the alignment rack, when you have cars waiting on an alignment? So 3 hours into it, I finally had to ask what was going on, since no one was saying anything. Since they couldn't pull the truck off the rack, and were frantically calling around for lug nuts, I had to leave with only my tires. I was told to return on Monday at 9am for the alignment and was assured the alignment rack would be available. Guess what's on the alignment rack when I got there at 9am? Not an alignment, but rather another truck getting new tires! The manager told me his tech as "almost done" and I would be next, but after 30 minutes not a single wheel was back on the truck, nor did I even see anyone working on it, so I asked for my key back and left. Another hour wasted on driving and waiting, which made my tire purchase the most expensive option, when I went in thinking I was saving money. Now I'll have to go back to my Honda dealer for an alignment, which they could have done along with the tires, while I was there for an oil change, so add another hour wasted.

Took my car here last spring to get the control arms fixed. They fixed the control arms and the guy at the front told me I may hear a clinking sound which is "totally normal and not anything to worry about". Me, knowing nothing about cars, trusted him. Which I now realize was incredibly stupid of me. Anyways, fast forward to today when I took my car to a different body shop to get my AC looked at. They told me I had a loose ball joint caused by whoever fixed my control arms. Apparently this was so dangerous that they fixed it for FREE because they didn't want me driving around on it. If you're thinking of wasting your money here think again. The people who work here are either so cruel they don't think twice about manipulating and lying to customers, or they are so incompetent that they don't know a loose ball joint is pretty significant. If you're looking for an honest and capable body shop check out Easy Pay Tire Store on Federal Hwy in Boynton Beach.

I took my 2013 Honda pilot here as recommended by a coworker at Meadowlawn Middle School, which is really close to this shop and convenient for drop of and pick off of vehicle. The average cost for a Rack and Pinion Replacement is between $1,536 and $1,849. Labor costs are estimated $1,190 and $1,413. In total to fix my car it ran me 2500-3000 this was in 2021, Crown Honda was quoting me at 4500, given I am a teacher with two young daughters I went with the most affordable. Great Mistake! Not a year later the car started giving me the same noise and problems. Took it back to Tire Kingdom and they said there wasn't anything wrong with the car as far as they could tell. Since I am a mom driving a 4 year old and 9 year old to school, I need to have a reliable vehicle to drive my children. I then took my car to car to the Honda dealership where they provided me with a multi-point inspection and told me that they could tell I had recently had installed a rack and pinion but it was not installed correctly and had fluid in the left boot. The diagnostic cost me another $200. Took the paperwork from Honda back to Tire Kingdom and they stated that they will order a new rack and pinion and do all the work for free this was in 2022. Fast forward to 2023 same issue all over again, the rack and pinion was not installed correctly for the 3rd time in a row by Tire Kingdom. But because I had missed to window for the 1 year warranty by a couple of months, they would not replace it again. Now I am looking at spending 4,000 to have the rack and pinion done correctly finally my crown Honda, having already payed 3000 to Tire Kingdom to get it done not once but twice. How is this fair and how can they get away with this?

Bringing my car here to get a flat tire fixed was the biggest mistake I made. They made me wait for hours and still couldn't fix the balancing issue flawlessly. I won't recommend it.

I ordered the Buy 2 get 2 Tire deal for Black Friday and while they had several add on requirements to receive that deal, an Alignment was NOT one of them. When I arrived for my Installation, the price they were charging me did not match the price I was quoted online. I even had the print-out & all pricing & offer details with me. I declined the Alignment package and Angel B refused to install my new tires if I did not pay the EXTRA $129.99 cost. I asked to speak with the manager, Jason Doby, & he said that if I did not purchase, they could not install my new tires. I have a copy of the offer & all the requirements printed out & NO WHERE does it require an alignment package. Stay away from Tire Kingdom # 264 in Bradenton, FL,

Update: The District Manager called me and he did remedy the situation. While this particular store failed the grade, their corporate handled it the right way.
