While I was skeptical about TicketIQ at first (having never heard of it), I could not have had a better experience using the platform. I needed last minute concert tickets and TicketIQ got me tickets for cheap and transferred them to me quickly. Their whole thing is having no fees, which would especially come in handy I guess for higher priced events (even though the concert I went to was relatively cheap). They also give a rating for each ticket deal available, which guides the buying process. Definitely worth looking at.

Have used many ticketing sites but this was the worst experience in 20 years. Paid a lot of money for 2 prime NFL tickets and was told repeatedly they would arrive on or before the Saturday of the Sunday game day. Saturday came and went, and no tickets. Sunday morning came and went and no tickets. Went to the NFL team ticket office 2 hours before the game and they confirmed no tickets had been transferred so had to buy additional pair from them to get in. After game i see an email to me a few minutes before kick off saying my original tickets had been transferred. Ticket IQ refused to deal with the issue or the ridiculously late delivery. AVOID.

TicketIQ was easy to use and I like the rating system they have for every ticket. Their No Fee model saved me $100 off of Mt. Westmore tickets for me and my Kids, who I've now gotten into 90s Rap!

I had a frustrating experience trying to buy a pair of tickets through TiqIQ last weekend and posted a negative review. TiqIQ's director of customer service reached out, offered to arrange tickets to an upcoming game, and apologized. I declined the tickets--an apology was sufficient--and think it fair to update my review to reflect the follow-up.

Love that there are no service fees. Best prices I found for the event I went to. Excellent customer service as well.

The ad said the price of the tickets would be the same but when I went to purchase some BTS tickets for $318 and when I went to the checkout it said the price I would be paying is $636.00 instead of $318. And the ad said the price would stay the same because there's no fees. Well why would it make me pay more than the original price it was if there's no fees. The website is such a Liar.

Highly recommend TicketIQ for purchasing tickets. They have no fees, so you're saving a lot of money compared to StubHub and vivid and other websites. I bought tickets to the Devils game and they were $50 cheaper on TicketIQ than when I looked on StubHub.

As an avid sports fan, I have been a loyal TicketIQ customer for close to a decade and only order on their site for tickets. Their no fee sales and superb customer service make looking at other sites unnecessary.

Got tickets to a Mets game recently. Prices were cheaper than Stubhub, and the site was very easy to use.

Had a wide variety of tickets throughout the arena for the Knicks game I purchased. Also, this company doesn't have any additional service fees tacked on at the end of the purchase. The price I saw upfront was what I paid at checkout.

These guys have no fees and the best prices on tickets to sport events. I bought tickets to see the Knicks at MSG and saved $50 on lower level seats compared to Vivid Seats.

Purchase 4 tickets to NFL game. Had a bad feeling about TicketIQ. Checked with team ticket office. Seat Tickets sold by TicketIQ we're still in the possession of the season ticket holder.

Reported fraud to Visa got money back before travel to site.

I purchased Boston Bruins tickets from Ticket IQ on March 9th, 2020. The event was scheduled for March 16th, 2020. Seats were in lodge 19, row 13 for seats 7,8 and 9. Robert Pagliarini was the name on the order.

I received an email from ticket master as well as ticket iq that I would be issued a refund but haven't seen anything posted to my account as of yet.

I have called and nobody answers. I email and still nobody answers.

I know you guys are super busy just looking for my money back. Ticketmaster has refunded you because I spoke with them and have emails confirming that but I have received nothing. This is criminal and just bad business.

My friend used it once and I just used it for the first time. It seems like one of the best places to buy event tickets second hand. You can look for what's available in exactly the section you'd like to sit and you can choose from the best prices available in that section. So much better than fighting for tickets on Ticketmaster!

On game day for the 49ers Vs Seahawks we purchased tickets. The charge went through an hour before Gametime. After the purchase I called to get the tickets. The person said they would send them shortly. I get a cancellation notice without an apology 25 minutes before game time. Instead I get bombarded with emails to buy tickets. I sent them an email and never got a response back. We also kept getting error messages on the app and the website. Their app is spotty as well. I will NEVER again use this service. I've always bought tickets before game time with no issues. How can you not respond to an email about a customer concern like this? Worst company!

I was shopping for opening day tickets for the Yankees and found a ticket for less on another site, submitted my claim and got a promo code for 200% of the difference within 24 hours. I ended saving almost 25% compared to StubHub.

TicketIQ has cheaper tickets than Stubhub by about 10-15% for Bruins playoff tickets. They still have fees, which I don't love, but they're a lot less than what you see on other sites. 4-Star is because they don't have some tickets i see on other sites. Will definitely keep them the mix for any ticket shopping

Along with SeatGeek, this is the best place to search for tickets before buying them. They show you the best deals, and TiqIq doesn't sell tickets, they are a search engine or a ticket aggregator for the best ticket deals. Why would you limit yourself to one site when you can easily browse 10-30 sites all in 1 place at the same time for FREE? Use TiqIq, SeatGeek or another website to search for tickets, but TiqIq is EASY TO USE AND QUICK!

Gave them all the proof that they weren't the cheapest and they not only stopped responding to me when the proof was given that they were beat, they didn't honor their guarantee and hung up when I called. Guys are a complete and utter joke and worst customer service imaginable. Was for tickets in the same event same row and they said I wasn't matching their "guarantee" area. See photos for proof I was. Same section (14) same row, same event. Made it to the show, with better seats at a cheaper price but these guys are scammers that should be called on their BS.
