FYI returns go to China which will cost you half if not more than your actual order. Their website doesn't state anywhere that returns go to China. I ordered 24 items and was extremely disappointed in the quality. There is discoloration, improper measurements, flimsy material. I have reached out to the seller and they have not been helpful. I order online plenty and this sure by far has been the extreme worst. See attached pictures as the first example of what I ordered vs what I got. DO NOT ORDER!

I ordered 4 items from this company in February 2020 first I received two items March, then another piece the end March, have not received the rest of my order and each time I contact them by email they say your order is being put together lol doesn't make since
I order a dress and skirt over 1 yr ago. Never received merchandise. My inquiries are not responded too and my requests for refund are ignored. Do not do business with this company

THIS WAS A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY... AND I PAID OVER HALF OF THE TOTAL COST OF MY MISTAKE IN SHIPPING COST JUST TO RETURN THE CRAP! WHICH AFTER 3 MONTHS WAS ANOTHER LOST OF MONEY AND WAS RETURNED TO ME “UNDELIVERABLE”!
Never Again - After waiting 31 days to receive my order it was totally wrong and cheaply made merchandise. Items received were nothing like the items ordered. I requested an RMA number and my money back because I have no faith in this company. Tipsytoots.com is moving very slow regarding my wishes and stalling on returning my money. They took my money up front and promised to delivery good merchandise, they didn't up hold their end, so I want my money back!
Tip for consumers:
When making purchases on-line be very carefully with vendors that only have good reviews and no phone number or mailing addresses to work with. You're at their mercy once they get your money up front, they send you whatever and you play hell getting your money back.

I haven't received my order in 60 days. Now I'm going to the bank to report this scam. This is such a sham for this company. Please spread the word on this scam.
I normally don't order online but I did this time and spent good money. I paid for expedited shipping 5-7 business days needless to say nothing. No contact number just an email address. No tracking system no nothing. Scammers do not order frim this company and pay attention to other online stores especially the ones with no contact number. Hey
I ordered an outfit with express and still haven't received it in 30 days at this point I'm requesting a refund and going to my bank to report. Scam
Ordered clothing, paid for express shipping, never received clothing. My order was wrong. Needed outfit for fathers day and the 6/22. Ummm still have not received. Do not order from online Chinese retailers.
Research before purchasing. I did not. I was not pleased with some items purchased; loose threads, poor stitching etc. They will allow returns BUT the cost of making international returns from USA will probably be more than the purchase price of the item(s). When you contact them for info on how to return a purchase, they offer to refund 30% of the purchase price but do not tell you where to ship the items. When I requested a shipping address, I was given an international address and given a final offer of 50% of the purchase price in lieu of shipping. I accepted the 50%. The cost of shipping was not worth trying to recover my cost. Items were given to charity. If it seems too good to be true; it probably is.
Please do not order from this company never got my items some Estelle email me with a promise to deliver after three weeks nothing
