I made the mistake of trying to order directly from Tipsy Elves. I needed the sweater delivered in 3 days so I paid extra for express shipping; they were happy to charge my credit card but never let me know that they were "having trouble locating the item in inventory"... thus there was no package delivered on the promised date, the day before the party I had to attend (and too late to shop elsewhere.
