The original cups I ordered were unavailable. I got a message needing immediate approval to change them. I did since the ones I really wanted and ordered were unavailable. I do not like these as well and cups do seem smaller than a normal 16oz cup.

I am so bummed! I ordered two different sets of cups weeks ago for my daughter's graduation party. The party is this coming Saturday (today is Tuesday). I just received a call that the order was on hold because they weren't sure what color I wanted the print to be on one of the cups ordered. Because it takes 7 days to ship an order, I had to cancel the whole order. Why am I just getting called now? And in my summary of the order, the color is stated right there. Ugh. If you need these on a deadline, order somewhere else. I wish I did.

Hi Teresa. We are very sorry about your situation! We have looked at your order and order notes from our customer care team. Your order was placed with TippyToad on Tuesday, June 09,2020. An imprint color was chosen on one set of cups, however, there was no imprint color chosen for the second set of cups. We cannot print an order unless we know exactly what imprint color is to be used. Our customer care team contacted you via voicemail message and email message on Wednesday, June 10,2020 and on Friday, June 12,2020. We received a call from you on Tuesday, June 16,2020. Unfortunately, there is not enough time to print and delivery your order. We are terribly sorry for this unfortunate situation. We are offering you a complimentary order (on us) for your next event. You will be receiving an email regarding this offer. Again, we apologize for this unfortunate circumstance. Best wishes!

After spending considerable time looking for the perfect party goods for my son's rehearsal dinner, I placed an order and paid for 2-day shipping. On the day I was to receive the order, I received a call from Bailey at TippyToad. Supposedly, the order had been shipped to one of their offices by mistake. Bailey asked when I needed the order, and I explained to her I needed it by the next day. I told her I was leaving town to attend my son's wedding, and the order was needed for the rehearsal dinner. Bailey had a very passive demeanor, regarding the situation. She said they would try to get the order to me, or they would issue a full refund. I stressed that they could overnight the order to me, and again indifference. At the time I asked to speak with someone else, and was told no one else was in the office. I asked to have someone contact me, and again the response was no one was in the office. Customer service does not appear to be a priority for this company!

We are sincerely sorry your order did not arrive to you within the two-day period you chose as your delivery method. Your order was shipped to our customer service office instead of your address. Why this happened we do not know but we are looking into it to ensure this does not happen in the future. We are shipping your order to you today via Next Day delivery for your to receive tomorrow as you have stated you need if tomorrow. You will be credited the full shipping amount you paid during your purchase.

What Bailey meant by "we would try to get the order to you by tomorrow or we will issue a full refund" is once the package leaves the door, we have no control of any unforeseen events like weather or traffic accident. We cannot make a guarantee on something we have no control over, hence, we are shipping your order to you today via next day air for delivery tomorrow. If, for some reason, your order does not arrive to you tomorrow, you will be issued a full refund.

Bailey was the only person in our customer service office at the time of your conversation. Due to the Corona virus Pandemic, most of our office staff are home. Bailey is an awesome customer service specialist and takes all issues with the utmost of concern and priority. Custom service is our number one priority.

Again, Allison, we are very sorry for this unfortunate incident with your order delivery and we apologize. We are doing everything possible to ensure your have your order for your son's rehearsal party.

I bought the neoprene coozies (beer coolers) and can't get the moth ball scent out despite hours of running them on low heat in the dryer with a scented towel. Super disappointed because I can't use them and spent over $100 and they are otherwise good looking and their service prior to receiving these have been good.

Thank you for your feedback, Heather! We're so sorry for your disappointment in your personalized can coolers due to the odor. This odor is not from the can coolers themselves but from the ink. While this ink is food-safe and environmentally safe, it can leave an "off-smell" after printing. Low to medium heat (like in a dryer) will only increase the odor as the ink molecules get warmer. We suggest setting your can coolers in an open area (referable outside) for a few days to let them air out. On May 5,2018 I I ordered 150 cups for my son's graduation party which is being held on May 27th... allowing for PLENTY of time to receive the order. I loved their design options and easy to use website. Upon ordering, I had requested a proof approval. Apparently, my proof approval went into my junk mail. When it finally made it to my mailbox, it was too late to receive the cups in time. I was informed of this on May 16th... 11 days prior to the event. Their unwillingness to work within the timeframe for something that was not my fault is unacceptable. I read other reviews that had cups delivered within 4 days. They indicated that it was MY responsibility to contact them after not receiving the proof approval email within 3 days. I obviously disagree. I'm not blaming them for the emails ending up in my junk mail-but felt it was their responsibility to contact me in a more timely matter, before it was too late. In this case, a full week had transpired. How about a simple phone call? I also believe they should have placed a rush on my order... there was 8 full business days to produce and ship the items. I ordered the items in part, because of all the positive reviews. I have no doubt that thier products are adorable and just as advertised. That is why I was so disappointed. Having said all this, should you use the proof option, make sure you check your junk mail, or contact the company immediately if you do not hear from them within 3 business days. They didn't provide that extra customer service for me. To be fair, they issued a full refund, and I fortunately found another vendor who could work within my timeframe.
