Tipatee

Paid $38.00 for a vitriol long sleeve. It took almost 3 weeks to arrive. When it finally showed up I was very disappointed. It was definitely not the quality that I paid for. I attached a photo from their website and a photo of what l received. Hot $#*!ing garbage.

My package can't be tracked as it was "not found". I tried to call the number on the site, but it was the phone number of a realtor who had never heard of Tipatee. This is a SCAM!

Ordered a T-shirt from their website using the picture that they had as sample of what the graphic was supposed to look like. The T-shirt arrived and the quality of the printing was quite bad, the color was very faded and even cracked in some areas, plus the size run smaller than the Medium we ordered. I tried to call the number listed on their website and the voicemail message is from a construction company, I thought I dialed the wrong number but a second try confirmed it. I tried searching on-line for a different number but that was the only one listed, it is obvious that they don't want anyone calling them. I emailed them to the address from which I received my initial order confirmation - no response, so I tried again directly from their website. I explained the reason why we were not happy and were requesting to return the T-shirt for a refund. Finally someone responded in broken English asking me to send pictures of the product, picture of the shipping label and a detail account of the issue. I did - no response. I emailed again - no response. I tried following up a third time and they finally responded that after reviewing the pictures they determined that the "product" that they sent me was correct and therefore they couldn't accept the return (even though I sent them both the picture of the shirt they sent and a screenshot of the picture they advertise on their website to show the difference), but they were willing to offer me a 50% discount on my next order for the inconvenience!? If I'm not happy with the first order, why in the world would I want to order again, even at a discount? And if they stand behind their product and they don't think there is anything wrong, why the need to offer a discount in a first place? Bottom line, if you order one of their T-shirts do not expect it to look like the picture they show. Very deceiving and a waste of money.

They stole the design of LilyPichu's merch. They are selling it without her consent and with much worse quality.

I purchased a hoodie from Tipatee. Shipping time was fine. Problem was when I received it. The whole front of the hoodie felt like rubber. Absolute garbage product. Tried to return the product, even spent the money to ship it back. Waited months for my $ to be refunded. Never happened. Contacted Tipatee, was told they can't return it because I didn't send them a picture of the item before I returned it, which was not written in their return policy on their site. I said, why can't you just look at the hoodie since I already sent it back. Still would not refund my $. So I asked for the product back, since I paid for it. They wouldn't even do that! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY FAR AWAY.
