Don't let them scam you with the apparent low prices. No quality just cheap worthless stuff. My camera did not work at all and when I requested a refund they wanted me to place a higher order for them to ship a replacement. I complained to PayPal and they agreed that I qualified for a refund but that I had to cover the certified shipping back to China which cost 3 times more than the crappy item. I lost my cash, stay away.

Don't let them scam you with the apparent low prices. No quality just cheap worthless stuff. My camera did not work at all and when I requested a refund they wanted me to place a higher order for them to ship a replacement. I complained to PayPal and they agreed that I qualified for a refund but that I had to cover the certified shipping back to China which cost 3 times more than the crappy item.
I lost my cash, stay away.

Tiny Deal's customer service is inefficient, they think we are fools and refuse a refund that i should normally get. After several contacts over several months, the answer is always "checking post office" or "wait a few days". My order was made in February and we are in June and I'm tired of waiting "a few days" to finally have no refund when I did not receive the article. This website is a scam, it is possible to dois a successful purchase, but if you have any problem with your order, which is very common, they never will do something for you. Tiny deal owe me 230 and refuses to refund me. NEVER order on this site unless you like to play Russian roulette with hypocrites.

I had ordered a smart bracelet from this company... never received it... after 88 days I finally received refund... I understand sometimes mistakes happen... but its how you deal with it that defines you... their reviews on there website are only positive... and probably written by them... when you read them you see what i mean... from what I have seen of all the comments 25% are serious problems with product and service. So if you buy from them... 25% chance you will be very disappointed...

El tiempo de envío ha sido correcto, pero el movil comprado el año pasado ha sido reparado 3 veces en la garantía. Primero empezó a fallar la pantalla, después el vibrador y por último ardió mientras cargaba la batería. El movil costó 210 y me dieron 25 por las molestias para comprar otro movil. No me pareció justo que me dieran 25 por un movil que me costó 210 unos meses antes. En Aliexpress ofrecen 1 año de garantía con sustitución. No volveré a comprar en ésta tienda.

NO RECOMENDABLE!! Si tienes problemas con lo que compraste, te remiten a una empresa de reparaciones externa. Si después de todo te quedas sin el producto estando en garantía, te devuelven un porcentaje mínimo por las molestias,

You can't buy by PayPal of you don't have a credit card linked to your account. I gave up for this reason.

My package was indeed delivered... in China. I live in Italy.
When asked what was going on, they said to be a little more patient, that it will take a few more days, that the China tracking system is faulty. Or... maybe I just gave them the WRONG address?

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Continued discussions for week to solve and they never solve simply they r fraud and non ethical

"I make orders for CHINA very often and i was satisfied until i met tiny deals. I bought a smartphone from their Germany warehouse at 9/11 with an estimate time of 3-7 days and a month later and many emails at the beginning the only i got from them is 'be patient my friend' never a serious answer to my questions and when i asked for my money back they now don't even answer to my mails.Are you searching for such experience? I ordered a smartphone and some other items. My order kept sitting "Processing", and whatever number of e-mails I sent them went unanswered. They kept sending me bot generated e-mails asking me to wait some more days. I kept asking for my money back with no response. My question is why they take orders for merchandise they don't have in stock. Finally after disputing the total order amount with my credit card company, they finally refunded but it took approximately one month. This company has zero integrity. Don't do business with them unless you want a lot of heart ache.

I do not trust a company that only takes paypal. Paypal will not get your money back. They have great prices on electronics, clothes, beauty, and toys, but this is really too good to be true.

I have had a lot of virus since I bought this Lenovo Vive Shot Z90-7. It is not the first time i buy a smartphone online, but it is the first time I have had this problems. Result: bank number accounts stolen and money stolen.
Other problems: bad translation (a lot of things in chinese), some apps don't get updated, the gallery APP is awful. In conclusion, what could have been an excelent smartphone, turned out to be the worst possible.
For real: don't buy stuff on Tinydeal and of course, don't buy this smartphone, it's dangerous!

Acquistato è arrivato nei tempi previsti, fin qui tutto bene, appena arrivato il prodotto a casa si presenta gia aperto e privo di cuffie, all interno dello smartphone c'era installata l app di tinydeal quindi acceso il terminale da loro e configurato senza che nessuno glielo avesse chiesto, in piu non c'erano le cuffie, dopo un po di giorni lo smartphone aveva dei problemi seguiti da dei riavvi ho chiesto il cambio ma niente

Ordered a cellphone from them. Still waiting after a year. Same response from them every time saying they will refund after report from post office which never comes. They duck and dive. Over a year now and still they refuse to refund more or even allow me to purchase something else to the same value.
DONT TAKE A CHANCE!

Never get the phone, china custom return it back to them. Now i need to pay more money to get it. Sure they had first play time so i can´t claim paypal refund.
I also ordered small items low value but items were low quality. It was trasch.
My sister also ordered phone from tiny deal and gei it... proken... and they do not pay nothing back, sure they can send it back put post will not send anything with lion battery inside. Cost of return more than value of phone.and refund price is low in tinydeal.

I ordered two bracelets from tiny deals and the picture of them when I ordered them showed them pretty, ornate and bright looking bracelets. When i received them they were tarnished, dull looking gems and orange discoloration like oxidation. How can anyone in good conscience sell this with a picture that looks totally different. I contacted them and the offered a 5% discount on my next ordered. I said no and I wanted my money back. They kept offering me little crap discounts like this and said they would not refund because they have little profit in the items I bought. I offered to ship them back at my expense but they did not want to refund me. They are very unprofessional and I would not ever buy from them again no matter how cheap the items are. You get what you pay for. They need a class on customer service and how to treat people on business. Don't waste you time with this company.

Years ago they used to be good, but now they are full of crap. I bought a tablet, delivery stated 10-15 days. It took them 10 days to get it to the courier (PostNL) for delivery in W, Australia. It has been sitting in E. Australia now for 2 weeks. TD says, this is normal (bull... t) They give stupid responses. Like "This is normal Delivery It has arrived in your country" My "County" is Western Australia not Eastern Australia!
I opened a Paypal dispute and they have ignored that, making no response.
Its been 26 days since the purchase and it still sitting 2500Km over in the Eastern States of Australia!
Post NL is not contactable. All my emails have been rejected by the Mailer Daemon, also they do not have any offices in Australia so why use a flaming Dutch company, which has a shocking reputation amongst their Corporate and Private customers.
I strongly recommend people to avoid this bunch of monkeys, cos I am sure there are no human beings working there. This is Planet of the Apes scenario!

I asked "TinyDeal", express to write low value on package less than 20 dollar. But no, they do not even bother reading my order note? Not very nice way to make business. PostNL want from me explanation on content and value. This usually happens when the value on package is higher then 20 dollars. Now I have to write back to PostNL with documents in order to then receive my package.! ð! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! ð!

Beware! Of tinydeal, hi i bought a phone thl w100 from tinydeal. After 5 month the screen become dark, i was contact tinydeal. They dont want to fix it under the warranty, so u are as thl companny that i thoth its a good phone well i was wrong, i just throw the phone to the gurbach its dos not worth to fix it. But to let u wnow that on evry forum i can ill tel every one not to buy thl phone and not to buy from tinydeal.

The mobile was broken when it arrived already. I had sending from Germany, but I was not allowed to send it back to Germany - I had to send it to China for repair. They told me to use normal post, for not getting trouble with import duty "and the sender is responsible for all the consequences". Before I was allowed to send it back I had to prove that it's broken by sending a video showing that it is not possible to switch it on. 1 month sending to China they assumed - then 1 month for repair - then additonal the time for sending the repaired phone from China to Germany.

The Walkera QR X350pro RC UFO Quadcopter that I bought from them doesn't work. It doesn't turn on at all. The box was damaged during shipment as well. And the Plasma Magic Crystal Desktop Ball Light that arrived wasn't USB. Instead of a USB end, it has a foreign plug on the end that I can use.

They denied my request for a return, so now I have to do a claim through PayPal.

ISSUE 1:

I purchased a XIAOMI Mi Band 1s pedometer from Tinydeal.com on November 11,2015. It a pre-sale item that was supposed to be shipped by November 30,2015. This never happened. I contacted Tinydeal to inquire about the delay and they informed me that they did not have the product in stock. I finally received the item on January 16,2016.

ISSUE 2:

The Mi Band that I received is defective as it does not count steps, track sleep, or measure my heart rate. On top of all of that, the heart rate monitor's green light sensor continuously flashes and will not turn off. Plain and simple, the band does not work at all. I immediately contacted Xiaomi USA Customer Support and the representative attempted to troubleshoot the issue with me. I was told to un-pair the device and re-pair it, delete the Mi Fit app and re-install etc. Nothing worked and the device is still defective. As a result, I was told to contact Tinydeal to request a replacement Mi Band 1S.

I have contacted Tinydeal to explain my problem. The customer service representative (Chessy) has been extremely unhelpful and has instructed me to do the same things that the XIAOMI representative told me to do. I told her that I have already attempted to troubleshoot the issues but had no success. Subsequently, I have asked for a replacement device on numerous occasions. However, my requests have been ignored. She responds by asking me to take videos of the malfunctioning device and then telling me that the band is supposed to function this way. Really? The band clearly doesn't work as it does absolutely nothing. I have submitted numerous videos as proof and she is still ignoring my request for a refund. I have sent many emails back and forth with her and am getting nowhere. I have come to the conclusion that I will not be getting a replacement device nor my money back.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE AS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. IF YOU RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT FROM THEM, THERE IS LITTLE TO NO CHANCE THAT YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

UPDATE:
After some dealings Tiny Deal has agreed to send me a new unit and I will pay $8 for additional shipping. I want to note that communication with seller was good and that PayPal was involved as well to help make a solution. Time will tell how this works out. Will update after item is received.

Original Complaint
Tiny Deal is no deal.
First off all of the stuff here is of third rate Chinese manufacture.

Second If you have to return an item you will find that the postage due will exceed to cost of your item in most cases.

Third If you receive a defective product you will have to give various hard to find numbers pictures and even VIDEOS to show that it doesn't work.

After the finally accept your claim they try to play lets make a deal to get more money,

My example,
I purchased a $17 item when it finally arrived (3 weeks) it was dead wouldn't do anything I contacted the company and after trading emails supplied various numbers, pictures and a video showing the unit and how it did not work at all.
After the company reviewed this info they agreed that the unit was defective and they would replace it if I sent them an additional $8 to cover postage for a new one. I stated that I would pay the $8 on the condition that they sent me a working unit first and upon it working properly I would pay the postage. They replied that I had to pay them first. I asked why I should pay first and possibly get another bad unit? They said that they would check it first and make sure it was operating. I said the when I purchased the first one it was supposed to be checked according to your ad.

At this point communication stopped and I have opened a case with PayPal to get my money back.

This has been a huge waste of time on a item that wasn't worth the original price to begin with.

I have purchased several items from Tiny Deal all of which after short periods of time stopped working and were thrown away... don't ask why I bought from them again... stupid I guess. Will NOT buy anything from Tiny Deal or even look at any of their ads.

BUYER BEWARE THIS IS NOT WORTH YOUR DOLLARS OR TIME.

TinyDeal, MegaScam: 10 months after order still no products or refund.

1. I've made my order in September 2013(!) and paid by PayPal (funds).
2. Up to this moment (10 months later) I still didn't receive any products (nor do I expect to in the future)
3. TinyDeal keeps asking me to "wait a few days" when I email them, promising me a refund when their "research is complete". This "research" is already taking more than 8 MONTHS now.
4. About 4 months ago, someone at Tinydeal (nicknamed "Adam"...) promised me to proceed with the refund after the research in 10-15 days. This should have been on April 3rd.
5. Obviously, this didn't happen. When I sent a reminder about this they said (surprise...): "please wait a few more days". So I'm back to square one.
6. Of course I already tried to get a refund through PayPal, but that's already too late now. I suspect that's why TinyDeal keeps stalling and promising you "they're on it".
7. After sending over 50+ emails, I'm done. Their just a bunch of scammers and don't follow up on promises. So avoid the hassle yourself and spread the word. Wish I would have seen their rating here before my order.

They accept money through credit card not refund money if they not able delivery items.
They delay delivery above 180 days and will say will not able refund your than they start excusing to pay... They show on website just to deduct money from credit card and not delivery your items...

Avoid this web site.
