I am stunned by the beautiful jewelry. Design quality and craftsmanship. I have been shopping for my daughters and granddaughters, all LOVED the jewelry and can't wait to get more. I would also would like to mention Kathy - client service - she has been very professional and kind, responding fast to my questions and doing anything possible to accommodate my wishes. She really made me feel she cares. Having immediately a human voice on the other side of the line without having to wait and answer superfluous standard questions, makes truly a huge difference to me. Thank you Tiny Blessings!
I ordered screw back earrings for my infant. She wore them for 4 months and the end of the post broke off into the backing. Very poor quality considering she never bothered with them and likely didn't even realize they were there. In addition, I ordered new backings (originally thinking that was the problem). I was charged $10 for shipping and then a month later received a $17 bill from FedEx. Avoid this company!
My mother bought this chain as a first birthday gift for my daughter. I opened it in October 2020 and my child has only worn it a handful of times, has never slept in it, and already 1 stone is missing. It is now January 3rd 2021. I called the company and they only have a 30 day guarantee. There is nothing high end about this. My daughter has lots of jewelry with similar designs from other vendors and none have missing stones. This was such a waste of money, garbage.
I have purchased many pairs of 14K gold earrings for my daughters through the website. In less than a year, 1 of those pairs had the paint come off. The company will not replace them because the warranty on earrings is only 30 days. I expected these to last longer and be of higher quality so I'm disappointed the company could care less.

Pavé settings with multiple stone set in a small area is done meticulously, but sometimes a stone is jarred loose from impact or a prong catching on something, and although it can happen, it is not normal.
