I placed an order for a product this website sells. Their website says, in most cases they have same day shipping and most orders are received within 2-3 business days. my order was placed over 3 weeks ago and I haven't received my product or a shipping notification. The $85 was charged to my debit card. Now I've sent multiple e-mails and called for the past week with no response. The phone number they provide is never answered and I have left multiple voicemails.
