It was only after purchasing a relatively expensive watch from this website that I decided to check the online reviews. After seeing that so many people had negative experiences with the company, I became a little worried. However, I am happy to report that my experience with timepiece.com was completely painless. I ordered the watch on 4/16/2021, it was shipped on 4/20/2021, and I received it on 4/22/2021. It came in the original packaging, unopened and perfectly new, with all of the paperwork that one would expect. Great price. Completely satisfied customer.

It's a nice "looking" watch but you have to reset it nearly every morning (if you take it off at night) and sometimes it slows down halfway through the day - which gets me in trouble. Also, the buckle broke after 1 month and now the watch rattles (due to a loose piece inside it). I have had it for about 6 months. Not very happy with it. This is an honest review of the James Bond No Time to Die look-a-like watch. I have since asked for a replacement but got no reply.

Before I ordered this watch - Invicta Venom ******* - I did my research. I have wanted to obtain this time piece for a while now but it had been out-of-stock in many websites, including the Invicta Store and ShopHQ. So when I found it in timepiece.com, and also having read the reviews in several sites despairing their service and overall performance, I was very hesitant to order from them. However, the price for said time piece was fantastic as opposed to almost $500 in the Invicta Store and several more hundreds in ShopHQ. Nonetheless I ordered with a glimmer of hope that I wouldn't have any issues. And you know what: I DID NOT! After making the purchase online I called the customer service number and they told me I would get a tracking number in 24 to 48 hours, which I did. I was also told I would get it for Friday, since I had an event on Saturday evening and I wanted to wear this watch. Unfortunately, I didn't get it by Friday. I wore a different watch. But I did get it by Monday and after so long desiring this time piece, I couldn't be happier. The price was absolutely fantastic and the delivery was efficient. I would definitely order from timepiece.com again and I would recommend it to all my friends and family. Do your research, follow-up with customer service and if they do a good job, leave them a good review, like I'm doing now.
