I had bought three watches, I wanted to change two (2) of them.
I tried to reach customer service but the rings and no ever picks this so called customer service number #.

I ORDERED AND PAYED FOR A WATCH AND THEY DELIVERED IT COD. SHIPPED IT BACK TO THEM AND NEVER RETURNED. I ORDERED DEC 2019 AND ITS APR 2020 ALREADY!!! THEY DON'T RESPOND TO MY CALLS AND CHATS! PUÑETA
I ordered a pair of Raybans and paid extra for 2-day shipping. I never received the product and when I called and emailed their customer service line, they did not pick up the phone EVER and they did not respond to my email inquiry.
Perfect! Watch came in 2 days nicely wrapped and packaged with care.
Item was exactly what I ordered for almost half price of the local competition.
Timepiece.com sold me a pair of Ray-Ban Hexagonal sunglasses. When they arrived, the lettering and markings were sloppily done, the weight was less than my genuine pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses of the exact same model, and the hinges were horribly done. One hinge was far too loose, and the other hinge was much too tight, to the point where the tight hinge was making clicking noises like it was catching on itself. These were also supposed to have polarized G-15 lenses, which are mineral crystal, but these sunglasses feel like they are made of plastic.
I called them about this, and got no help, besides saying to return them, and that they only sell genuine items. The problem is that these sunglasses tick many of the boxes to look for when spotting a fake pair, so I find that hard to believe these are genuine with all of the issues. I am sending them back, but avoid buying from them. If there sunglasses are fake, who knows about their watches.
I ordered the product of August. 18 and I still did not get any tracking information.
People should know this. I am not sure why they do this to me.
My brother's birthday is on Aug. 24. Sat and I ordered the product on last Sunday. I was expecting it will be coming on Thursday or Friday. I called them every day and their answer was all same, "Could I know when will you send the product?" -> "Today" and I checked the order status and tracking number at night and I cannot find any tracking number and order status. It happened twice. I am pretty sure they can check my information about how many times do I call and what is my order. Yesterday and today I called them several times and they have never answered my call. I also send the email them and never reply. This poor service will make you angry. Jom*shop was $20 more expensive and I chose this company but I should've purchased the product from jom*shop. Although it is cheaper than any other place, I prefer you guys to purchase from another company. Even though I get the product in here, I think whenever I need repair or need services, they will not very welcome and will just ignore and neglect the customers.
I have a picture for the evidence but... unfortunately this online site does not provide attachment so...
Anyway, saving $20 is not worth it.
They sent me the email after I canceled.

I also got an email from "timepiece.com" after I canceled my product. They said "The order was cancelled and DECLINED. We will write this information on the review you left, stating that your information doesn't match your credit card and the order was declined"
They are trying to say, it was my fault.
I called to credit card company and they said "pending was approved." Also whenever I asked them they said: "It will be shipped today." If my credit card was decline you can ask me "your credit card decline."
BTW, after I canceled the product from the "timepeice.com" and I ordered exact same one from the Jom*shop and me, finally, got a tracking number.
Now I realized why the reviews are important.
Such a scam. Placed my order for a pair of Dior Sunglasses. Came in not looking quite as pictures so returned. Its been 3 weeks since delivered back to business and no refund. They give runaround answers and suddenly cant find item even though i tracked usps and they confirmed return was very timely delivered. Terrible- they ship product not as pictured and never refund. Just check their review on Better Business bureau- COMPLETE SCAM SITE. Same your money; they're frauds and thieves.
Although they have decent prices for their watches you should be 100% sure that you are going to keep the watch. I purchased a watch and upon receipt I decided I did not like it. Not only do you have to pay for the shipping cost associated with returning the watch they deduct their cost to ship the watch to you off the refund amount. I spent almost $20 when I decided that I no longer wanted the watch.
I received the watch and noticed scratches on the crystal and bezel. Repackaged and returned immediately. After two weeks, they said they were returning the watch because it was used. Yah, that was how I received it! Low prices - why? - selling used product. Try there Customer service, nonexistent. Look at the REAL reviews at the Better Business Bureau for the true story. Worst Internet experience ever.
Just terrible from A to Z. Ordered a watch November 23rd, deliver was 1-6 business days. Ordered it for Christmas over a month in advance. After a week I called, they said next week. Mid-December I called, 2 days in a row no answer, no response to emails, the 3rd day I called and they said soon, definitely by the holidays. Then they call me 2 days later and say definitely not by the holidays, and the best they can do is a $10 compensation. They say it will be guaranteed delivery by January 3rd. No delivery. I call, no answer. I email, no answer. Finally get them on the phone, then they tell me by January 17th. Then I get a call on January 10th and they say it won't be until February. The best they can do is cancel the order or do another item. Awful experience from the get go. Lies. No responses. No make good. Ruined the holidays. Would never order from here, don't care how cheap it is.
This place sells watches that are not direct from the manufacturer. I bought a Seiko, never got a Certificate of Authenticity, it was packaged in the "wrong" box for the watch (different model and serial number) and now it has quit running for the second time! Their answer? Send it back in and we will try to repair it again! Let's see... I pay for shipping (again!) and maybe it will work for six more months?! NOT! Lesson learned. They are not reputable! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM if you expect a quality product.
I placed an order on November 16th and received confirmation it went through. After almost 2 weeks with no notification, emails, and multiple phone calls to the company they inform me that they oversold the item and I would not be getting it. Then they offer me a replacement item only to be told moments later that it is actually out of stock too. Not only do I not get the watch, I now missed all of the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales because I relied on this company to delivered what they promised which they didn't do.
Answer: Does timepiece.com collects the monies and if there is a problem with the merchandise there's no way to reach these people because they never answer their phone. Sounds like a one way street.
