I cancelled my order right after I placed it. The photo showed a watch I wanted but the sale item was only the mod kit (outer case). They ignored my request 2 days, then shipped the item and immediately replied to my email that it was too late to cancel because it already shipped. To add insult to injury, it was delivered yesterday but apparently to the wrong address since it never arrived.

I ordered a watch band and after several weeks, I received a valve stem for a tire. I have not heard back from their support team.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS. I'm based in the UK and ordered a pair of glasses of which I have a pair the same style in another colour, so I knew there was no chance of me needing to return them overseas. The pair that arrived were clearly fake (wonky writing and cheap feel) and looked NOTHING like the ones I paid for. I offered to post them back for a refund or replacement for the ones I actually ordered if they were to send prepaid postage. If it was me who decided I didn't like them I'd have paid postage. This was entirely their fault. I do not believe it to be a mistake as it is clearly their modus operandi. They gave me an address to send them to and said it'd cost £30 to send them back. I became suspicious and should've done my due diligence, which I subsequently did and realised I'd fallen for this scam. I wasn't going to send them back because they're renowned for claiming items are returned damaged, and then it'd be their word against mine when doing a chargeback via my bank, plus I wasn't going to throw good money after bad. The company became aggressive in tone towards me so I had no choice but to go to my bank. Timepiece lied to my bank and sent 'proof' that they'd accept a return. This was nonsense. This caused needless bother trying to claim the full amount back from my bank, which I eventually managed to. Please avoid these fraudsters. They have some lovely looking items on their site, but you will receive a worthless piece of crap and then hassle trying to get your money back. They're clearly skilled at what they do. Disgusting.

First off most of the what they claim to have in stock really isnt. So when you buy it even if you choose the fastest shipping it doesn't matter as you could be waiting a month or more while they try and get the watch for you if they even are able to.

They claim that you won't be charged until the order is shipped but they put a pending charge on your card that takes your money nonetheless. This is extremely irritating considering what I stated above. They will say it's not a "charge" but it's even worse because I can't dispute a pending charge and I'm forced to deal with these scam artists and their atrocious customer service until they finally decide to cancel and refund your money.

The last and most important reason to never deal with these people is their complete lack of professionalism and care for their customers. I called to ask a few questions and the lady who answered immediately answered with an obvious irritated tone before I even said anything and then totally disregarded anything I had to say and then hung up on me mid sentence. I have never even had someone off the street treat me with such disrespect and disregard much less someone claiming to be doing "customer service"

If you hate your job this much quit. It isn't the customers fault you hate your life and that your scam of a business can't do things right.

It's obvious by other reviews online in the thousands echoing the same negative experience I had that this place is to be avoided and shouldn't even be allowed to operate in my opinion with it's false advertising and shad business practices.

Scam! Please don't buy from here!

I purchased a watch that can't keep time. They claim it is normal for that watch and requires a person to wind it up daily. They agreed to refund half my money..

I sent back my mens watch purchase after having it repaired 2 times by our local jewelry repair shop. The watch still does not keep time and I emailed and chatted with their associate asking that I wanted an exchange and not another repair. The associate said I could exchange the watch for an equivalent value. However, upon sending back the watch they said that it could only be repaired? Wow, I asked twice for the Manager to phone me and have not received a call.

I would think twice before doing business with Timepieces as they do not honour what was discussed or care about their customers

I sent watch back to them 3 times as they promised to service it. Apparently, they just tried to buy sometime. I went to a dealer, they checked immediately and told me watch required a service... so when you buying from timepiece you are basically gambling...

It's a nice "looking" watch but you have to reset it nearly every morning (if you take it off at night) and sometimes it slows down halfway through the day - which gets me in trouble. Also, the buckle broke after 1 month and now the watch rattles (due to a loose piece inside it). I have had it for about 6 months. Not very happy with it. This is an honest review of the James Bond No Time to Die look-a-like watch. I have since asked for a replacement but got no reply.

Ordered a so-called Luxury Apple Watch case for my 45mm 7 Apple. Said was on sale from $250 to $199. Description SS 316L with rubber band. So I ordered 3/31 and paid extra $25 for express 8-10 days and received 4/20 1st red flag. Come home 2 days after it arrives open it and was like ok not bad then everything went down from there. 2nd Red flag, 1st watch doesn't fit smash crown dial in, 2nd missing screws for band, 3rd the so-called SS 316L feels extra lite closer to aluminum, 4th burr's every where from machining. So I emailed they asking for a return of case cause I was done with it and being told that the free return on the case has been suspended and I would need to pay to return it 3rd Red flag. So letting my bank deal with these Joker Thief's. Stand clear of this outfit and there phony reviews. There's a couple on here making claim there good but clearly it's them making the review using the same photo of the same watch but 2 different people writing review, Just pathetic lol

I bought 6 watches on Timepiece.com, I have a purchase confirmation, then no news for two months; then finally no trace of the package, dhl does not respond, the local post office has no knowledge of it, everyone sends me back to Timepiece.com.
When I ask them about my package, they tell me it's the carrier, they have no idea where the package is, and they won't do anything.
In the meantime, of course, your money is debited, you do not see your watches, and the "so-called" parcel is in nature.
Never buy on Timepiece.com, it's pure and simple theft, they take your money without giving you anything in return.

I ordered a pair of frames the FIRST time on August 13,2021. After not receiving an email confirmation, I called them on Monday, August 16 to be told the item was being ordered from their warehouse. The order did not arrive until Monday, August 23. On Tuesday, at which time I was told there was a problem with my credit card. Because of an issue with the bank, it was necessary to cancel the order a place it again which I did immediately. I then called the customer service rep back, and she assured me that she received the order and the item would be shipped within a few days. When I did not receive a shipping confirmation by today, Friday, I called them back and was told that they would not have the item until Monday, August 29. After having a conversation with the cs rep, I was told she would have the person I spoke with on Tuesday call me back. Instead I received a cancellation email. I'm sure my item was shipped to somebody else and somebody screwed up on their end. I would NEVER order from such an unorganized and disreputable company as this again. Customer service leaves much to be desired.

Before I ordered this watch - Invicta Venom ******* - I did my research. I have wanted to obtain this time piece for a while now but it had been out-of-stock in many websites, including the Invicta Store and ShopHQ. So when I found it in timepiece.com, and also having read the reviews in several sites despairing their service and overall performance, I was very hesitant to order from them. However, the price for said time piece was fantastic as opposed to almost $500 in the Invicta Store and several more hundreds in ShopHQ. Nonetheless I ordered with a glimmer of hope that I wouldn't have any issues. And you know what: I DID NOT! After making the purchase online I called the customer service number and they told me I would get a tracking number in 24 to 48 hours, which I did. I was also told I would get it for Friday, since I had an event on Saturday evening and I wanted to wear this watch. Unfortunately, I didn't get it by Friday. I wore a different watch. But I did get it by Monday and after so long desiring this time piece, I couldn't be happier. The price was absolutely fantastic and the delivery was efficient. I would definitely order from timepiece.com again and I would recommend it to all my friends and family. Do your research, follow-up with customer service and if they do a good job, leave them a good review, like I'm doing now.

It was only after purchasing a relatively expensive watch from this website that I decided to check the online reviews. After seeing that so many people had negative experiences with the company, I became a little worried. However, I am happy to report that my experience with timepiece.com was completely painless. I ordered the watch on 4/16/2021, it was shipped on 4/20/2021, and I received it on 4/22/2021. It came in the original packaging, unopened and perfectly new, with all of the paperwork that one would expect. Great price. Completely satisfied customer.

I've read a bunch of negative reviews about the company but decided to take a risk. I purchased a Movado watch that my wife had seen at Kay Jewelers priced at $795. I found it here and saved over $300. The item took about a week to be picked up by Fedex and a little over a week for Fedex to deliver it to me (So just over 2 weeks to get the watch from the day I placed the order)... I did call their customer service a couple days after placing the order to check the status of my order and it took about 6 minutes for a representative to answer. The lady was pleasant and helpful. So just over 2 weeks for me to get my wife's B-day present. Fortunately her birthday isn't for another month. The watch I am happy to report is in perfect working condition and is exactly what I ordered. I will definitely be doing business with them again.

Timepiece has "better" offer but when you do the purchase they charge to the Credit card but never send you any info about you purchase. When you call to claim they tell you they don't have in stock the product you require. Anyways they don't have the product they charge again to your credit card. Be away from Timepiece.

Paid $288 for a $900 watch I should have known better. When I tried to contact customer service Sarah $#*! Suggested the damaged watch I received was damaged by my 14-year-old daughter who has never worn the watch. After receiving demeaning emails from customer service I've chosen to handle this another way.The lawful way by ruining their company I've already told them they should be ready for an IRS audit and they think I'm joking, how little do they know!

I purchased four (4) watch's, one of the watches needed to be exchanged.
I called customer service.

I placed an order for a watch to be delivered to the U. K. Warning bells should have rung when I saw that it wouldn't be shipped by DHL Express, but inky the regular delivery service. This also meant that I couldn't ore-pay U. K. customs so there would be a further delay while I waited for clearance. The package was sent to three depots in the US and a week later it still hadn't been dispatched to the U. K. To add insult to injury the delivery charge was very expensive too! I really wouldn't buy anything else from Tinepiece.com until they get their act together. Just to make the point, I've ordered watches from Singapore, Hong Kong and the US before and have had them delivered in 4 days without this unreasonable delay!
