I've shopped with Timeless for over 4 years and have never had a bad experience. I order 3-5 times a year and they ship in a timely (no pun intended) fashion, package well and products are wonderful! I hope this company flourishes and continues to offer their stellar product especially their Vitamin C serum... what a difference it's made to my skin! Nothing but love coming their way from this uber girly girl who loves and adores her skin care and especially those that come from Timeless!

I purchased Vitamin C oil from timelessha.com over 2 months ago and although I received a USPS tracking number after 1 month of not receiving the item nor an update on USPS website. I reached out to timelessha.com but they ignored my email. Luckily I purchased the item via Paypal so I contacted Paypal a few weeks after that and requested a refund as the Vitamin C oil is quite sensitive to light, etc and can be damaged. Again timelessha.com did not respond to Paypal's dispute email and I was refunded the money. I have heard the company take orders and sends 'fake' packages to addresses that dont really exist so that they become unsorted at LAX airport and are eventually returned to sender (after months). To the consumer it looks like the hold up is on USPS's side but in actual fact you will never receive the item. Be warned. Stay away!

My experience is as appalling as the one of the previous reviewer.
My order comprised three items:
Coenzyme Q10 with Matrixyl 3000 Serum (30 ML) £21.99
Matrixyl 3000 Serum (30 ML) £20.90
Argan Oil 100% Pure (30 ml) £13.50

However, only two of the above items were received, namely, Matrixyl 3000 Serum (30 ML)
And Argan Oil 100% Pure (30 ml)
This reduced content was duly reflected on the dispatch note inclosed in the parcel.

I tried to contact the Seller, but they did not respond to my emails and voice messages and eventually I had to open the dispute in PayPal.

Later the Seller sent me an email which read:

Sorry to hear that.
I have now refunded the missing item.
Sorry for any inconvenience.

However, the promised refund to my PayPal account never materialised.

A few days later I wrote to the Seller:

UNFORTUNATELY, DESPITE YOUR SAYING THAT YOU REFUNDED THE COST OF THE MISSING ITEM, PayPal did not receive the funds.
Please, make sure that you remit the funds. Until you do so my claim with PayPal will remain open and if the funds are not received by the end of business Wednesday 17th June the claim will be escalated to PayPal.

The Seller did not respond. Neither did they refund the cost of the missing item.
The case was escalated to PayPal. Thanks God I also used PayPal.
