I ordered some items about three weeks ago and even paid extra to have them back with 2-5 days (39.86) for an event I had coming up. I did not get them back within that time. I emailed them they kept sending me a emailing asking me if I could wait a little longer. And three weeks later still haven't got anything. I don't care if it is in China it doesn't take that long to mail anything. Ridiculous!
I ordered a pair of trainers on Sunday 31st of January. They advise that it takes 5 days to process the order. I keep checking and nothing happened. The following week I emailed their customer service asking where my order is at. I get told it's a national holiday and they won't be back until the 15th February. I'm baffled as I thought the site was American but surprise, the warehouse is in China! Nothing on their website to suggest they were on holiday for over a week. I get an email to say she will make sure my order is processed when they get back on the 15th.
18th rolls around and still no progress. I emailed asking what's the hold up this time. I get an email response back 3 days later (today 21st) saying that's she's checked and it's not been the 5 days to process.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?! YOU'VE HAD MY ORDER FOR 21 DAYS NOW, I CALCULATED 2 OF THOSE WEEKS THEY'VE BEEN AT WORK!
Completely unsatisfactory customer service and appalling timescales. Do not order from this abysmal company. It's not worth the time or hassle.

Do not buy anything from here. And if you see any good comments, these are from the companies side who write them. Anything you see here, is fake. Our clothes came today, and they were awful. We need to find a way to sue the company. The sizes were horrible their quality and materials are horrible they don't look anything like what they are supposed to. We spent about two hundred dollars on garbage. And there is no way we are going to get our money back, based on the comments here their return policy its just a headache to get your money back, its not worth wasting your time. So please do not fall for this fraud, and stay away from this site.

It's so blatantly obvious that the majority of the 5 star reviews are fake. I did receive my items after a couple weeks. They were very poor quality so I threw them in a charity bag as I had by then read the reviews about not being able to get refunded and couldn't be bothered with the hassle!

The worst experience ever! Ignore the nice reviews - they are FAKE! It's been a month how I placed my order and it has not shipped yet! I got an email how one dress I ordered is out of stock, but getting a refund is just impossible. I am never going to order anything from here again and for sure will inform everyone I can to stay away from this SCAM!
Agreed with the other 2 reviewers. Shipping took forever. Was disappointed too. They do not accept returns too. The stitching and constructions were poorly executed, i am embarrassed to wear whatever i bought from them, so now they just hanging in my closet. Really disappointed and i would not buy from them again, and would not recommend it.

I ordered many orders and paid about $ 240 and so far almost 3 weeks, out of 10 items, I received only 6 items in 3 different packages. The quality is really bad and sizes are completely off like 3XL is equivalent of medium!
I sent several emailed to Tidestore but received no response. I regret I ordered items there.

First and foremost, the product you receive is different to what you've seen on their web site photo. Fabric quality so bad, buttons are falling off, seams are not straight, sleeves are wonky. Please spread the words. Do not make more victims from Tidestore.
Ordered £87 worth of clothes. One item arrived a month after 4 items were poorly made and poor quality. I sent them pictures how badly the stitching are and how different it is on the photos. I wanted to return the items but the customer service said it wasn't that bad and if I could just keep them and I insist on returning them and they said I can return the items but I have to pay for tax and shipping AGAIN and once they got it they will review and make a decision whether to give my refund. I ended up keeping the items as I am not willing to pay more for unwanted items. I should have checked reviews before ordering. NEVER AGAIN! Poor customer service. Poor quality and very different from photos. I STAY AWAY!
If I could give this a MINUS 5 Stars I would... sent a pair of sunglasses, nothing like the ones I ordered in the picture of the website and would not let me return or replace, and a blouse that had a giant hole under the arm in material that was so cheap I literally threw it in the garbage. There are some legitimate, quality sites to order off of with products from China, but this is not one of them.

I ordered at the end of Nov 2014 some items were going to be Christmas presents. Tracking number was useless. 1 item got here in January, poor quality bad fit, after many e-mails to cxl my the rest of my order I finally reversed the charges on my credit card. To this date the package sits in my home office waiting for a return shipping label as my post office said the address label on the envelope was not a recognizable return address. I notified the company that if they sent any further items I would refuse them. What do you guess happened in February 2015. I refused the package. You think with a name like Tidestore that it's an American based company, I'll never order from this company again. BUYER BEWARE. I'll be checking from now on to see where items are being shipped from.

Okay, first things first, I want to tell you that number one I did not receive my clothes, I order from their website. My mom and I ordered it on July 29th, and today is October 6th. Sadly enough, I could not trust these asian people anymore, even when I am asian too. I am disappointed to the fact that, I was excited to receive my clothes, and now I wasted my money on worthless things. Take my words, don't order this website again, trust me in 6 months you'll get your clothes.

It really doesn't get any worse than this! STAY AWAY! I have placed an order 20 days ago and I have yet to receive the product. I have tried to contact customer service and I have yet to receive a reply! Sick! This is definitely a SCAM! Took my money and no product or answer. I will never purchase anymore from them again.

On 2nd of September I placed an order no. ******* and paid for it and received email from tidestore which confirmed the payment the same day. On 23rd of September I received the package (long, very long delivery time). Upon opening the package I noticed that one product was missing, also when I checked on the package the declared value it was $11 instead of $37.40 the amount that I paid. As soon as I noticed that one product was missing I contacted Ms. Sandy from tidestore Customer Service Dept. asking for clarification on the matter. It's been two days and not even an email reply.
Lesson learned to never purchase again from them. Let this bad experience be a learning process to all of you and go buy somewhere else.
Should a representative of TideStore read this review, I still await clarification on the missing object from the package. Upon request I can scan the paper on the package which says the lower than real value, the order and payment confirmation emails and the emails sent to the Customer Dept.

Keep away and steer clear from this site. They do not send what you pay for and it is very possible not to send anything at all.
