I was very hesitant to order from this place. I preferred two dresses at separate times. Both came well before I expected (3 weeks) and both were gorgeous! They are well made and look like the pictures. Highly impressed.
I ordered a coffee bean grinder, They gave me a tracking number of AS750148128CN. They claim product was delivered March 31,2023. It was not delivered, and I have Ring cameras to prove it wasn't received. Sent multiple emails to some person using the name "Ni Hao" at email address: NI HAO' <*******@outlook.com>. Mr. Or Ms. Hello claimed they would refund my purchase and despite multiple email correspondence it still hasn't been refunded. This website is a scam!

Ordering dresses online is always a little big of a scary experience, I spent many hours searching different websites for the perfect non-traditional wedding dress. It happened over and over again where I would find the perfect one, soon to find out the site was a scam website overseas which made knock off cheap dresses. Finally, after much frustration and becoming extremely skeptical, I stumbled upon tidebuy. I was not disapointed.
My dress was ordered at this site. The dress is a perfect fit just like the measurements I gave them during the making of the order. The speed of delivery is amazing and the quality of the dress is off the charts! The price is perfect for great dresses. I recommend it for all those dress lovers you will never be disappointed with the variety of choices they offer.
The prices are great and there is such a large variety, I thought for sure it would have to be another scam website, so I read up on the reviews and decided to take a chance. I am so glad I did! I recently received my dress, about a week after ordering, and I am extremely satisfied. I was looking for this style coat everywhere and this exceeded my expectations. Its superbly made and looks fantastic. I use it to stay warm and snuggle into at home on cold days/nights.
I ordered two dresses from this site. Unfortunately, one of the dresses was a little bit bigger than expected. After taking pictures as instructed by the customer service Department, I managed to convince them and got my full refund for the dress in two days. They also paid for the return shipping of the dress that made a mistake. As for the other dress it was great and I still have it.
I recently wrote a very clear and direct review of purchasing a formal dress that did not meet the standard set by the manufacturer in color, fit or quality. They have decided to accept a return and offer a full refund upon confirmation of the shipping transaction. Although I was disappointed in the experience, I wanted to report that they did finalize an appropriate customer-friendly resolution.
