I ordered a chair and waited over a month, tracking the package which was supposedly coming from China. The tracking information said the package had been delivered, however, I never received the package (and was home at the time it said it was delivered). I have repeatedly requested a refund and have not yet received one after months of waiting (I was told a refund would be issued.)

Do not buy anything from the website Tidebuy. It is 100% a scam. I was trying to order a compact treadmill and it told me my order cannot be processed at this time. However, my credit card company contacted me letting me know that someone was using my credit card in Great Britain for gas in the same amount of 79.99 do not buy anything from these scam artist unless you want to get scammed!

Like I'm actually flabbergasted because I'm usually the type of person to never fall for stuff like this. But low behold i'm out 80 dollars. I order this in March, said delivered on April. Never got it so I contacted customer service. So they were very enthusiastic and said they would issue a refund for me. I waited and waited, and I contacted them for now going on 4 months and they slowly stopped responding. I'm still emailing in hopes they will refund me for my order that never came. I'm honestly so confused. Like if you guys are a scam company, then why even respond? Why not just ignore the customer support emails? I'm honestly more confused than angry, because they seemed genuinely like they were working on my issue and responded back and forth for months. And said they would "hurry and rush for a refund" or something. So yea. I don't know what the point of telling me that was for but yeah... stay away from this company! It's 100% totally a scam, and still can't believe this happened to me.

So the China mans game is to lure you in with ultra low prices that seem reasonable maybe a used item or refurbished. When you realize you have been scammed they drag their feet on refunding the money... hopefully your credit card company will fight for you? The profit for Mr. China man is to hold your money as long as they can an invest it, hoping to make a profit off the interest earned. The more people they can scam and the longer they can hold your money the more interest they can earn. Americans are not stupid people were just too trusting!

I ordered a kebonnixs incubator from them. It shipped! I followed the tracking. It was delivered. I just don't know where it was delivered. I contacted them via email. Really nice gentleman said he would send a refund. That was a month ago. Now they are ignoring my emails. I'm sure I'm in the spam folder.

I bought a pair of subwoofers took a month and a half to not even get here I was given a website and a tracking number that wasn't even real when something did finally arrive. I had to pay the postage $5.10 to the mailman and it was a pair of sunglasses. I'm still trying to remind them daily that I need a refund they keep telling me that they get so many emails that they need a reminder to refund me which I think is bull crap it's a scam company do not order anything from them. 289.00 of my hard earned money just gone for no reason.

Never received items purchased. Tracking says it was delivered but never showed where the shipment came from or cities it went through or ended up. Definitely not where it was supposed to. Was told it must of been lost and they would refund. Of course that didn't happen. Had to dispute the transaction through my bank.SCAM COMPANY!

Purchased some pots and pans. With promises that never came. I contacted the company which told me that I should receive in a week, then another week, over and over the same promise. The promise of a refund. To no avail. What a scam!

I ordered a cot from them and never received it. But you can believe it didn't take but a minute to take the money off my card

They are scamming people do not order anything from these people if you track you items my product is still in china a that was 3 weeks ago smh!

Paid for the pressure washer and three months later I was told it was delivered so no refund. The seller assured me time after time the washer was coming even after the date kit was supposed to have been delivered. You will never get a pressure washer nor any money back. S Miller

I bought an item, after weeks and weeks the tracking showed it was delivered at 4am. Never was. Promised a refund and it never happened. This company steals your hard earned money! Don't deal with them!

I paid for a Ring Phone video doorbell online, the 17TRACK took forever to update & then said DELIVERED.

Aftr ordering and taking charge in my credit card, they said order not available. When i replied to cancel and refund my money, they did not reply at all for any update since May22! I'd like to believe that this company is real and true to what they advertise. But their way of communication is very very bad! They cannot reason that this is about the crisis! Everybody is affected.

Don't buy anything from here. Ordered a wedding dress off this site since my friend ordered hers on here. Dress looks nothing like the picture, wrong color, cheap material. They ask for basic measurements but don't ask you for every single thing so the dress doesn't even fit my arms. They never asked me for arm measurements. It's too big and too small for me and the top where your boobs go is completely see through! Who would wear something like that?

Tidebuy is located in Great Britain and they are not running this business above board. I ordered a mobility scooter and tracked it for a solid month. Then it hit the USA and China's tracking number is no good here. My local USPS said it would weigh too much so if it came to them, it would be sent back. UPS And FEDEX were equally useless. THERE IS NO WAY TO RECEIVE ANYTHING PURCHASED FROM TIDEBUY.

If they're in Great Britain, why was my purchase coming from China? Is Great Britain just a cover or a fake address to use for a front?

WHILE THAT IS THE CASE, WHAT ARE THEY DOING WITH THE MONEY CHARGED TO USA ACCOUNTS?

I finally found a working email to contact and they said it was lost. Trust me, nothing was lost. They say that they will refund me and they better make good on that!

I ordered a 212cc predator engine for my minibike from these Chinese mother$#*!ers they gave you all these promises and never deliver on what I ordered. Typical behavior from a company based in BEIIJING...

Do not under any circumstances order anything from this company of sharks. I sent an item back that was not to my liking. They have tried every tactic to stop from paying me back. I tracked the item to them with proof of sending and they claim that because I didn't get permission to send it back they will not refund the 40 pounds. I have reminded them that under British law I am entitled to a refund. I will be taking legal advice through the ombudsmen and any cost incurred by me will be costed to there company. I have never been so disgusted with a bunch of retail sharks in all my life. Once again do not give these robbers your money. They are sharks. Terry strange herne bay Kent England.

Aka mix oko. We ordered a 22" doll with closed eyes and open mouth. The first picture is what we received. The 2nd is what we ordered The doll is barely 10". The company will not respond. The site says you have to email for a return address. It has been 4 days since I emailed and still no reply. I emailed after ordered to inquire about shipping information and never received a reply then either.

Bought a skirt from the taidobuy (in Japanese), which actually tidebuy (if you changed the language to english). Skirt was completely different from what was shown (u can judge yourself from the photos below). Decided to return the skirt right away. Was told to keep the skirt and refund partial to me in 1-2 weeks. In order to save all the troubles, unwillingly settle for the partial refund but even after a month, no refund was made. As a consumer, completely disappointed!
